Hong Kong Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Kennesaw

I phoned in an order for pickup, on Monday 11-12-2020. $27.72, order #493 at 4:28PM, name on receipt is: PANDOA. I was very disappointed when I got home and opened up the stapled close paper bag and discovered that the 3 egg rolls ($4.65) were NOT in the bag. I called them right away and decided to pick them up the next day, today, Tuesday. When I got home after picking them up today I found ONLY 1 PACKET OF YELLOW MUSTARD for 3 egg rolls!!! There were 3 packs of some Duck Sauce or something. I use a whole packet of yellow mustard for each egg roll. When I placed this order on Monday, I asked for extra sweet & sour sauce, because the last time that I ordered from here, which was many months ago, there was NOT enough sauce in the very little white container for the meal. I have been going to the pizza place in the next store front, and NOT for Hong Kong food over the months. The sweet & sour is for my wife and she was not very happy many months ago with that last order. This time I ordered the extra sauce, they charged me $1.00 for it. Good thing that I did because THEY STILL ONLY HALF FILL THAT VERY LITTLE WHITE CONTAINER. I wonder if the owner ever had a full meal using the skimpy portion that they give their customers. Hong Kong does NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and it will be many more months before I return. If they REALLY DON'T care about their customer I will spend my money at the pizza...

I shouldve seen the review vefore ordering food from here. This place does not deserve not even 1 star. This was my first time ordering chinese food since im new to GA. And it was horrible. I ordered chinese fried rice. This was yellow rice with carrots, onions and peas. I even called to make sure what i received. I asked where is the soy sauce and egg etc, everything a chinese fried rice have, the guy said they coukdve added soy sauce per my request. How woukd i have known that. They said that was their chinese fried rice. Thats an insult to chinese cumture that they served this. I also ordered cashew chicken....it was mostly celery , some cashews and barely any chicken. My son ordered honey garlic chicken. What we got was sweet and sour chicken. When i called for the rice, i asked about the chicken...they said they that what i got was correct because they cook the sweet and sour chicken with some honey. How can you cook sweet and sour chicken having the sweet and sour sauce and being RED with honey and say that is hobey garlic chicken?!?!?! The egg rolls were burnt and soaked in grease. It was ALL WRONG. ITS NOT CHINESE FOOD. IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY, A WASTE OF TIME AND IT INSULTS THE INTELLIGENCE to people thinking its chinese food. Pure disappointment. They shoukd dhut this place down or take an actual chef course and learn what actual...

Haven’t eaten here in a really long time and now I remember why. Went online tonight to order food for my daughter who wasn’t feeling well and when I got there the gentleman at the counter was perplexed when I was very clear about what I had ordered. After repeating my order to him five or six times the woman handed him a bag and gave me an order that was incorrect. ( of course I didn’t know until I get home)

When I got home and called the woman helped him find the “missing order” answered the phone and was indignant and said that we gave you that order because you ordered the wrong thing. (She repeated my correct order to me.. if she knew she was giving me what I didn’t want it would’ve just been easier if she could let me know and I could’ve purchased the correct thing instead of sending me home something I’m very unhappy with ... because apparently she knew what she was giving me wasn’t what I wanted)

So now I’ll go up to China wok and get the food I actually wanted and never step foot in this restaurant again.

And I will need to re purchase the part of the order they got right because it was so freezer burned it...
