I was very excited when I saw this place open, I am all about supporting small businesses even ordered a catering order for my baby shower and the food did not disappoint. I will say their customer service skills needs some working on specifically the tall black haired lady, I had submitted a order via online verified prices when the time came for pickup my item was not ready at the agreed time, then when it was time to pay I was priced double. luckily I had kept the conversation regarding my order through instagram so we were able to fix that but in front of me the associate kept stating she needed to phone to verify the information I was providing regarding price and quantity of item.(which i understand trust but verify but you don’t say that in front of a customer it is unprofessional). Came back another day to order corn in the the cup I asked if this particular item is supposed to be layered because sometimes it’s made layered sometimes it’s not. Love this place, the sweets and food is really good and enjoyable and im a sucker for paletas. However, many of the times I've been here i haven't been greeted by staff or had to wait around for someone to finally come out the back to make my order. It's annoying and I've walked out sometimes and gone next door for food instead.
