I advance ordered a Whopper via the mobile app and forgot to add extra mayo. Upon arriving at the front register, I found a young girl standing there looking like she just started, like it was her first day.
I gave her my mobile order number and advised I forgot to add extra mayo and she tried to find the sandwich maker, but returned and said "he is busy on the phone, I will be sure to let him know". So the dude walking around in and out of the lobby, in and out of the store, wearing a BK shirt, acting like he was 'somebody',, talking loudly as if he was Boss Hogg, must be the sandwich maker I thought.
Soon enough, he rushes back inside and to the back, not even stopping to wash his meat-hooks, and he starts making a Whopper. Think8ng it was mine, as I had been waiting about 5 minutes at this point, I say, "excuse me if, if that is for order 98, please add extra mayo, thanks!"
He curtly replies, "Can't you see I am busy on a phone call?! I do not know what order you have, tell the girl upfront ant I will get it for you! Do not interrupt me again!"
Really.... amazed.......
I informed ' Cpt. Self-Importance' that I already told the girl up front and she could not find you when you left the store, and now she is helping place the order of another customer, my order is 98, extra mayo pleaee sir, thank you"
And now he replies, "didn't you hear me, I am engaged in another matter, and when I am done, I will help you!" , all of this as he made another Whopper, hopefully not mobile order 98.
Being treated rudely at this location in Kennesaw, the one across from Publix on Cobb Parkway, is not unusual, I typically avoid this location due to rude and obnoxiously entitlement minded staff and management; I should have avoided it this visit as well, being totally worth driving a few miles to the one at Barrett and Cobb Pkwy.
In the end, I did NOT get extra mayo and little Napolean will not see me in that location again, interrupting his phone calls with my special order, which is what BK was founded upon.
Bypass this store, bulldoze it to the ground and build a Chik-Fil-A here, would be a better use for...
Read moreNow this review is for whoever owns this Burger King. This was on July 3, 2022. Went to go see fireworks in Kennesaw and the little ones were hungry and as you know when you go to see fireworks it can get crazy with a lot of people and traffic. There was only 4 people working there which in my eyes is not enough for that night when you know your going to have a lot of traffic. This is my opinion based on my experience. The drive thru was taking entirely to long so we went in. Now out of the 4 one was at the drive thru and I believe she was new. One gentleman had to be the manager, one was working female was working the cash register and one was preparing the food. Now before I say all the bad I want to commend the man who was the supervisor on duty. He handled himself very good for the situation he was in with all the people that were waiting and what he was dealing with. They were all very friendly. Whoever owns this one needs to seriously re-evaluate what they are doing. First there should have been more people especially if you have new employee’s on a holiday where there will be a lot of traffic. The coke icee machine didn’t work, lids were not stocked for cups, one cheeseburger was not made correctly and it was hard as a rock from sitting, the drink machine was a mess, the line inside was very long. The food was not good and the orders were screwed up. Now with that being said, the supervisor was having to do 3 jobs at once along with customer service. My point is run your business a little better and be prepared for certain occasions where you need more staff to run your business. I know I will not be going back there and I can’t speak for any other people that were there but that was ridiculous the way it is being ran. You will be loosing customers at that rate. Food places are supposed to be clean and in order with supplies and staff to handle the demand. I didn’t want to give any stars but the way they handled the pressure of the customers was good. Other then that no it was not...
