Cons: On a couple of occasions, when I went to the store around 6:15 PM on multiple weekdays, only to find that the vegetable section was being cleared up as part of store closing that night. Does not serve well with folks who leave work to purchase vegetables around 6/6:30 PM Dhokla and other items from the fresh kitchen are soggy. Don't know why Curry items are too oily they had chutney packets the first week. Since that time, there is no chutney for stuff you buy from the kitchen BTW, the kitchen stuff is taken off the shelf by around 6:30 PM as well. The store is "supposed" to close at 8 PM some of the snacks on the shelf are stale. Ex: Adyar Ananda bhavan garlic thattai Pickle is supposed to be spicy. The kitchen pickle you purchase is too sweet and should be called a jam or jelly Narrow door entrance
Pros: Clean and well maintained. Hope they keep it that way you can find a good variety of vegetables good variety of indian pulses, spice etc., Roti and thepla from the kitchen are good Plenty of parking space friendly staff all around EV charging stations for Electric vehicles Close to the mall area, I-75 exit
** Since they are new, hoping their service will only improve...
Read moreI'd have given a 5 stars but an employee made my experience bitter just yesterday(June 18, 2025). The store location is at Kennesaw, GA. I have been a regular costumer of this location since January. Yesterday me(Nepali National) & my friend(Indian National) were looking for something and we couldn't find it, so we asked for assistance with the employee over there. That employee turned out to be racist and passed a very racist offensive comment & I quote him here, "We never have to show where things are to Americans & Mexican but Indians & Pakistani can never find the stuff they are looking for & we have to show them each time!" . I mean what the hell? Aren't the employees in a superstore there to help us out when needed? What are they going to do if there are people with disabilities? Is there no service training or basic manner trainings for employees of Patel Brother's Company? Why are you racist towards your own people when your own people are the largest costumer/ buyer? It is dissapointing & painful to see & experience racism against eachother when the slogan is "Celebrating our food, Celebrating...
Read moreBrand new Patel brothers store in Georgia. I think I visited here on the store opening day and there were just too many people. Hoping it might be the same on weekends for people living near Marietta and people visiting Town Center which is right next to this complex. Convenient for mall goers as well as for people who want to get groceries.
Compared to the Suwannee store, this is totally new but the aisles are very narrow and there’s hardly any space for people to stand and look at the shelves. When 2 big carts block the way you may have to wait patiently until one moves. Looks very cramped to me.
Huge collection of products and items that are Indian made. Rotis and Teplas were available fresh compared to other places where it gets over very quickly. Friendly staff as always. Since the exit and entrance are so close and mostly a single outlet, there’s congestion at entrance. With so many cameras the store is secured and that’s great.
Parking lot is big at the front but on the sides it’s kind of narrow once again. Space is a huge concern in...
