Unprofessional, rude, bad attitude, and bad service. This place has gone down hill and the owner has people working for him that want to put him out of business. The short black guy with glasses that wears a head scarf underneath the hat should be fired immediately he said his name was Ryan but he could be lying about that because your staff thought it was very funny when he said it! Our family has been going to this ice cream parlor for many years we have also purchased birthday cakes, baby shower cakes, and different items for the holidays. We will never come back to this ice cream parlor ever again after the way we were treated today. You have too many people working that are doing nothing, they are beyond lazy, and the black guy evidently hates his job and trying to get clicks or views for clout not knowing he will be sued and won't ever be able to find another job! Its unnecessary to act the way he did today and we are shocked that you hired him. Another person that is rude and hateful is the light skin black girl with glasses with the black curly hair she was also rude. You have lost valuable customers because of the terrible employees you have hired and you will continue to lose customers until your employees put you out of business! It also smelled like your employees were smoking as well. You are paying them for free and to be rude to your customer base that you had for years and as a community we wont tolerate this behavior we will go to another ice cream parlor that...

Went here over the summer and showed up close to closing time (but we did not know they were closing because google said they would be open another hour). We were not even greeted..she rudely said to her coworker to lock the door behind us to prevent any other customers from coming in even, though they should have been open a few more minutes. After we got our ice cream, we were sitting outside eating it and two minutes later the same girl came and told us she had to put the furniture inside. She made us get up and took the furniture. So we stood to eat our ice cream while she cleaned up inside, but she could have waited to bring in the furniture until she finished up inside. We were on a double date sitting in front of Cold Stone relaxing and enjoying the nice weather but after what we witnessed and experienced this evening we wont be back. A black guy with glasses opened the door and was so rude to a lady that had walked in to get some ice cream. Cold stone was still open, the door was unlocked, the open sign was on, all the lights inside and outside were on thats why we were still outside enjoying our night. The employee at cold stone was rude and unprofessional to the woman and to us. It's unfortunate that businesses are hiring terrible employees that treat customers awful.
