Ordered from DoorDash, and either the driver stole my fries and root beer or the store just left it off. Either way, poor delivery experience as the bag wasn't even sealed for safety.
These wings were the driest, the most bad-crunchy wings I have EVER had. You know in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when they cut the turkey open and it's just this dried out husk and then they're all trying to crunch on it and pretend its edible? Yeah. That's what this store sold me. I had to be careful not to cut my gums crunching on that crap.
Now I will say the sauce was pretty darn amazing. Bomb classic buffalo hot sauce. ITS JUST TOO BAD THERE WAS HARDLY A DROP TO SPARE FOR EACH WING!!!! Over $2 per wing is criminal, but shorting me on the sauce, too!? DOUBLE CRIMINAL!!!!!! SO DRY. SO SAUCE-LESS.

Let's talk about the rest of my order. The Everything Pretzel bites or whatever they're called? NONE OF THE SEASONING STUCK ON! They were literally bald. Plain. Nary a tidbit of everything-bagel-seasoning to be seen. Dry as well. This whole damn store is running dehumidifiers or something because its ALL dried out. The cheese sauce is runny, too. Like, watered down runny 🤢
I wanted to sample the chicken tenders so I got the kid's meal. As mentioned, they FORGOT THE FRIES AND ROOT BEER. Just two sad, overcooked and DRIED OUT chicken tenders in a box with a small ramekin of BBQ sauce. Again, the sauce is good. The orange fry dipping sauce was tasty as well. They should just be "Buffalo Wild Sauce" because that's all they're good at apparently.
BUT WHAT ABOUT MY IMAGINARY CHILD WAITING FOR THEIR FRIES AND ROOT BEER???? Imagine you order your child this meal and they literally only bring the chicken. FREAKING CRIMINAL. Now your child is crying "Mummy, but where is my root beer? Mummy why shan't I get any chippies with my chicken?" (Your child is British, IDK)

So to sum up, we've got good sauce and nothing good to dip into it. Their fries might suck, I don't know - they neglected to ensure the arrival of said fries. The chicken at the gas station down the street is better. The prices are ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS and in the end all I can say is thank the good heavens above that DoorDash refunded me due to the missing items because this would have been SUCH an expensive unfortunate lesson to learn otherwise.
Heed my words. Make your own wings in the oven and/or a crock pot, its actually fairly easy and more affordable and with just a bit of planning you can enjoy this food with far...

The first thing the host/take out crew employee said to us was, “the bar is open seating” my husband said no we will wait for a table to open. She proceded to tell us, I can seat you now, with an irritated look on her face. After not being acknowledged by any of the servers we decided to order to go. When asking the hosts/take out crew employees, there were two, how long it would be for take out, she told us approximately 15 minutes. We ordered and during this time we sat there, these two host/take out crew employees stood behind the cash register talking to each other not acknowledging any of the people walking in. To the point that servers or other employees went to seat people waiting. One of the two employees that i mentioned above got a “special delivery” from her mother and both hosts/ take out crew members left their station to go wave hello to the mother and talk amongst each other about much they loved this lady. A few minutes later I proceeded to ask one of them if our food was ready. She went to go check and then the other worker said they were just waiting on a the burger melt. Approximately 20 minutes after that the food was still not done. By this point we were seeing that people that arrived after us were getting their food. I told my husband to check the receipt to see how long it had been since we ordered. An hour. My husband asked to speak with the manager for a refund. When the manager was about to start the refund the food so conveniently was ready. The manager promised that it was freshly out of the oven. That was a lie. Food was cold. What was supposed to only be approximately 15 minutes ended up being an hour. Bathrooms where disgusting, restaurant floor looked like it hadn’t been swept since the day before, glass doors were very dirty. And all workers seemed to hate their jobs. Read moreThis was easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We sat for 45 minutes before even getting waters — something so basic a waitress should have under control. From start to finish, our waitress was completely incompetent. She never checked on us, didn’t bring drinks, and let every step of the meal turn into a disaster. The first order came out after 20 minutes and was completely wrong, so it had to be sent back. As that was happening, the second order showed up with no sauces, no sides — just plain wings dropped on the table. When we asked, the waitress said the next order would be out in “a few minutes.” Fifteen minutes later, she barely came by just to say, “Oh, a few more minutes.” When the second order finally came, the last order’s fries didn’t show up until 25 minutes after the meal was already finished. When we brought this up, the manager Megan came over and was flat-out rude and aggressive. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to blame everything on the kitchen. I made it clear to her that there are things a waitress can and cannot control — and unfortunately, all the things she could control, she was failing at. Not bringing water, not checking on her tables, not bringing sauces, not communicating — that’s not the kitchen’s fault, that’s bad service. The manager raising her voice and being inconsiderate only proved how unprofessional this place is run. The only positive part of the night was another girl Samya, who was calm, helpful, and actually treated us with respect. If it wasn’t for her, this experience would have been a complete zero.
