How did my mom do on her rating? Where should we try next? Mom rated her Hawaiian burger an 8.7/10. I give the ultimate burger an 8.2/10. Very solid American style bar burger. Check out @Uncle Sam’s Saloon at 📍8378 w gage blvd. #samssaloon #unclesamssaloon #richlandwa #tricitieswa #lappdaddyapproved

I was a bit worried about venturing inside as I first rolled up, glad I did. Being alone and as a visitor to the town, this looked like one of those places that might cater to the locals, and it does, but, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I ordered my typical "test out the food" order of a Hawaiian burger. I asked for cheddar instead of the menu option of Swiss and then I also added the bacon. Burger was $13 and added bacon was an additional $2.50 and I wondered what I would get for an almost $16 burger. I was not disappointed. This had to be one of the biggest and best Hawaiian burgers I've had. There were probably 8 strips of bacon alone with the slices of ham and two pineapple rings buried beneath the perfectly melted cheese. The bun was no match for this much meat and cheese, I'm not sure there is a bun that would have been. The teriyaki sauce was not overpowering, but, enough to let you know it was there and allowed the other flavors to be heard. Fries were crisp and perfectly seasoned. I'm not a big fan of the typical burger pickles, but, these were salty and tangy and I ate them all. Bonus find was 2 extra pickles under my massive pile of fries. My apprehension about the bar and the prices was unfounded. Definitely glad I came in.

Been here twice and both times the staff was friendly and the food was good. The best is cold they have touch tunes music, a pool table and plenty of TV's to watch. Great atmosphere tucked into a back location with plenty of parking. Don't hesitate to stop if you're looking for a cool bar and aren't familiar with the area.

Ordered a $30 dollar steak and it was so tuff I could barely cut it let alone eat it when I told the waitress Bethany H she goes seriously? So I actually tried cutting it in front of her she said ok and took it away then took it off the bill. I was kinda expecting a apology and I understood it wasn’t her fault so I actually tipped her $10 for two drinks when we checked out I still kinda expected a sorry or something but she just walked away not a thank you, have a good night ! Nothing!!! Wish I could get that $10 tip back !! Never again will I eat there ! It’s under new management and it’s not good which sucks because when we had out of town guests we would bing them there to eat ! I guess all changes are not for the better!!! And this is coming from a fifteen year patron . I can see a bad bad steak but having a rude attitude from Bethany is...

Bartender was an absolute jerk. She had black hair, and the other bartenders were blonde, so it makes it easy to spot her. She ignored us multiple times during our visit, and when she did help us she rolled her eyes at us. At the end we asked for our check and this “lady” made us wait for 15 minutes for the check where we could literally see her talking with the other bartenders. When I went up and asked again, she copped a huge attitude and called me a liar, stating I never asked for the check. She ended up mocking my girlfriend when she backed me, after being rude the whole night to us. Don’t ever go here. Food is okay, drinks are overpriced, and service is actually garbage. Look at the other reviews for...
