We've been coming to Portals since they started out in Easton. Were thrilled that they opened one in Salisbury and were again thrilled to hear about them opening a third store on the shore.
And dang! What a store. Plenty of play space on the tables, a dedicated platform for the wargamers and a fairly large amount of product to interest most anyone.
And for all of that...the space still feels open and not cramped. The staff was awesome, managed to keep the initial surge on opening day flowing as well as could honestly be expected. Just well run and friendly as anyone could want.
A huge advantage to the location is that there's a Chinese Takeout Place and a Pizza Place as neighbors so you don't have to go far for something to eat while gaming.
Salisbury is still my store as it's only 5 minutes away, but this was worth making the trip for. All in all...the Eastern Shore just got more of...

Nothing is too much trouble and they're always more than happy to help. Inside is spacious with plenty of tabletop room for games, which can be played conveniently throughout the day with no trouble. Read moreThis store is so nice ! We went to their newest location that opened on Kent Island and were so impressed with the space and staff. It was packed with people but you didn’t feel over crowded, they did a great job of keeping the line moving. There was a ton of table space for gamers and a great variety of items for all ages. My 5 year old loved all the Pokémon and Minecraft stuff they had. The owners were present and so helpful. Can’t say enough about this store the island needed...
