Use to be our go to. Always go for the pizza and wings. Last time wings were under done to the point of not being safe to eat. Didn't complain and wrote it off to sometimes things happen. Gave them another chance tonight. Large 2 topping and 24 wings. Opened the pizza and one whole side burnt which really caused the majority of the pizza to be over done. Had to call and complain this time. Haha have to laugh because the reply from the owner was he would replace the pizza for half price because we were only going to be able to return half the pizza. There is a family of 4 and everyone got a slice and then all agreed the pizza wasn't edible. He may know how to cook a pizza but sure doesn't know how to keep a repeat customer. Saved a few bucks on the pizza but lost all future business from us.as well as plan to share our experience with our friends and nieghbors this weekend. To many pizza joints on the island to alienate customers. Look forward to trying one of the other pizza places and sure won't be classic ever...
Read moreI have been a customer for about 15 years. This is the only place I order pizza from. One of my orders included six wings w medium sauce. There was absolutely no sauce just grease. I called and told them about it and he said I know who you are I’ll take care of you. I understand things happen so it was not a big deal at all. I just had a 10 minute conversation telling her what happened. Whoever answered the phone told me that medium wings come in Grease. If I want sauce I have to order hot wings.I told her I’ve been ordering from you guys for years, she said “yea ok” My medium wings always came in sauce. It’s funny that a business would make that much of an issue over 6 wings, as I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. It probably costs them $1 for 6 wings. Read moreGood food, terrible experience and customer service. They forgot to include a cheesesteak sub in the order when it was listed first on the receipt. Did not realize this until we were at home. I called back twice to ask about the missing cheesesteak, and they didn’t pick up either time. I drove back there with the receipt, and the woman working claimed she didn’t believe me and needed to see the bag, which was at home (as the other people were eating their food already). At this point another staff member kindly offered to make it.
