Our team made reservations a week ago for 55 people. We were in a tournament 5 min from here. We were assigned tables outside, great weather. We were given 1 waitress. Ok fine, we place our drink orders. 30 min later, the drinks came out. The server was extremely rude and had every table messed up. Each family in the group had their tab under the players number.so when responding, she got nasty when stating we still didn't have our drinks. We placed our food order when our drinks arrived. Fast forward 2 hours later, our food still hadn't arrived. We were very patient up until that point. 3 hungry kids, two hungry adults, and two other families had still not received our food. Our waitress got an attitude when asking for refills from our original order. Tables around us had been turned over twice and the inside was now empty. Meaning, people got there after us, ate and left all before we got our refills or food. Myself and another parent asked for an update and every single person gave us an attitude. I asked if I could pay for our drinks and leave without the food, the waitress said bye!! Bye? BYE? That is your response? Another family who still hadn't received their food were told to probably just go ahead and leave. They ordered from their all day breakfast menu. Its eggs for crying out loud. When we finally got out food, it was cold and no one wanted to eat. Not that we needed a comp, but nothing was done. We were met with an attitude from every employee there. The restaurant has a great theme, and probably could be great if the entire waiting staff was replaced. We still tipped the waitress even though she didn't deserve a single dollar because we are good people, but she needs a reality check. Hospitality isn't their specialty. You also don't give one waitress 55 people to herself, and you don't work that group if your going to cop an attitude with people who have been waiting two hours for your shit...
Read moreI understand there are guidelines for outdoor seating at this time - but if you are going to tell me I can’t have a table for 8 (family were in town from Switzerland, St Michaels and New York to celebrate a birthday) and then serve another table of 8 - there is a problem. I was fine with the guidelines and we decided to order to take out - and then watched as the manager served another group of 8. As an aside - I had called ahead to ask about outdoor seating and was not told of the 6 person maximum- but apparently it only matters when it matters to the manager. When I brought it to his attention, he just kind of shrugged his shoulders. Well - I can spend $250 somewhere else. I cancelled our to-go order (left the tip because the server was great) and left. Ordered pizza for delivery and had a fire with beers, wine and pizza in the backyard! Very disappointing- as I totally believe in supporting...
Read moreHad to change my review based on recent experiences, today’s being the last chance.
Twice, they didn’t get my to-go order right. The food we received was OK. The worst part is the waiting. Today, I walked in and there were four people within my view -- 2 at the bar, 1 at the front greeter stand, and another next to them.
Three of the four people saw me, one of the people (bar tender) had their back to me, and didn’t budge to keep an eye on the bar.
I sat for a couple of minutes, when I realized no one’s coming. Especially when the woman behind the bar saw me, grabbed her drink, didn’t come over or let the bar tender know I was there. Apparently, I'm invisible, so I walked out.
I’m losing patience when it comes to bad customer service. This was...
