The products are well but the staff is not. This past weekend I stopped in after placing my online order. I frequently shop online and pick up in store. This time I happened to be on a walk with my 13 month old son and stopped to pick up my medical. The front desk clerk asked me if there was a baby inside I told him yes, he says no children allowed. I say ok I’m sorry I just walked here and I have an online order would it be ok to leave my child in the lobby with security while I check out in the back he says no. I asked if he could ask the manager please and he did through the walkie talkie and the manager immediately gets on the walkie and says NO WAY THERE IS NO WAY IM SERVING HER WEED WITH A CHILD SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE THE PREMISES NOW. I responded wow! I began to get emotional and just said ok wow and left the premises. I returned without my child and was denied still my online order because I had a child with me before. More emotions came over me and I walked outside. Altogether I was made to be embarrassed and denied services all because of my child,. I now know the policy but the way management handled it caused me to have a panic attack outside and I was even told not to come back for a couple days before I left to cry outside. Somehow a worker came outside and told me to calm down and just come back in for my online order. Totally embarrassed and totally shaken up from how management treated me. I will no longer support this dispensary and it’s sad because I literally live 5 miles from this location and I liked there products but how I was treated was just too much for me to return. Owner response shows this company uses your personal info to track you on the internet which seems quite unethical and makes me feel unsafe now shopping in Ohio dispensaries due to the nature of my work and necessity for privacy. None of these employees are medical doctors, they shouldn't be getting into my information without my permission.
I stand by my review which was VERY sarcastic to match the energy of this place. The staff themselves are sarcastic and gossiped about customers when I was in there. (WOW) The girl I referenced was not competent and kept speaking out of both sides of her mouth incorrectly referencing products and sold me something because it seemed like it was too much work to go through the menu herself. Just lazy. The people working in this facility act like children. I won't spend another dime there.
I chose to give this review because I was reminded of my experience. Most of my personal dispensary of choice is Curaleaf. I enjoy a local hemp shop for the remainder of my needs that are not available in these state dispensaries.
This store is very unprofessional and unsafe to deal with especially if they have access to your address and personal information and also referencing going through your reviews and where you've been so as to pass judgement and dismiss your bad experience rather than actually caring that people truly believe Bliss is filled with rude folks (based completely on going through YOUR reviews from disappointed customers.) Overall the theme is that you should improve. Instead of dismissing the feedback, maybe focus on improvement??? IDK just an idea.
