Great Wall Shopping Mall — Attraction in Kent

This is my go to asian shopping mall in the s area. First off this not some Panda Express ish. This is the real deal so if you are hankering for some good asian food ( Chinese and Japanese) then there are some cute shops in the mall. Ranch 99 is normally where I do my shopping for asian veggies and ingredients and believe it or not, fresh seafood. They have numerous tanks in the back where you can pick your seafood or shellfish and they will bag it for you there. There is also an amazing medicinal shop right front of ranch 99 that has dried goods and medicinal supplies.

Ok parking, the only downside. One the lot is shaped weird. It's rows at a angle from the door. Two very limited parking based off the amount of people that go shopping or go there to eat. So if you go in early am. Noon. Mid afternoon. Dinner time. Good luck and may the force be with you cause is kill or be killed to find a spot where you are not walking from by the road to the entrance. There is parking in back of the mall but it's full of pot holes and limited lighting at night. Not to mention this is the truck delivery entrance so you have to battle box trucks and 53' ers sometimes to get back there.

We had encountered very poor experience with the cashier name: Keri L on Jan 7th,2022. She was rude and impatient, threw the glass bottles on the counter, we have asked her if she could stop throwing our products on the counter to avoid damages, she stated we bought too much, and talked to much, we asked her if we could talk to her manager, she insisted we bought too much $322.26 and talked too much. She started talking to another girl next to her and ignored us because we asked her to speak to her manager. Keri was very rude and unprofessional, should not be there to provide poor customer service. Her manager should look into. the video for that day and address the issue with her going forward. Customer should not be treated poorly by the cashier and it seems like she does not like her job, blamed on the customer who purchased too much at store which created more...

I bought the pork belly and roasted pork from 99. First the pork belly was way too salty and secondly the roast pork haf no flavor at all. Not to mention the people that work there do not understand good costumer service at all. I ask for a pound if pork belly and he had it on the scale at 1.8 pounds. I told the guy i only want a pound, he said its over only by a little bit, Whatever. Then the roast pork i ask for 2 pounds it came out to 2.9 pounds, same response. Before this all happen, i was interested in buying pre package peanuts. But it did not have the price anywhere. So i ask the first person i saw that works there, he looked for a second, then gave me a shrugged, then walked away. This place use to have decent prices on produce and other stuff, but they're getting pretty expensive now. I dont think I'll be going...
