Florida Keys Gift Co — Attraction in Key Largo

OK - Now that I got thru the pain to register to just write a review! I visited the Fla Keys with my family July 2012. I found that in many places in the keys the locals are jaded and not too nice to the very people (tourists) that contribute to their very well being. Without the tourists - the keys would be a hot, humid mosquito filled swamp. I was taken back with the general apathy and attitude I encountered while I was trying to spend my hard earned money! There were exceptions - and this business was one of them. My family shopped here twice. GREAT gift shop - unique items, tropical feel, and the owner and her staff at the time - some blondie from California were great! They helped my family find the right gifts and were generally very friendly. Thanks folks - sorry I did not get your names - but we were the family from Connecticut with my girl's boyfriends in tow. We will treasure the items we bought from your shop and look forward to returning! ...

I collect postcards and was able to get several neat sets here. They even have some collectible art print postcards for an okay price. I found a rack of local musicians CDs and got some great music. They have several different local artist products for sale. The prices were reasonable. The postcards were cheaper than the Sandals across the street, as well as a better selection. I was bragging about this gift shop to my brother before the day was done. Highly recommend. The ladies running the shop were sweet and nice. Thank you for all your help. The only gift shop in Key Largo with quality, fair prices, and friendly staff. You will find generic souveniers and rude sales staff in other places, but for size, selection and service definitely drop by here to pick up your take home memories of the Keys.

Also, for the reviews below referring to the 4 for $10 tshirts - that is an advertisement by the Sandals Outlet next door and NOT this location. People should make sure they are referring to the right business when posting online reviews. Agreed, truly false advertising by those next door and rudest unhelpful...
