Killeen Mall — Attraction in Killeen

I was visiting a friend in Killeen,Tx, and wanted to get out for some exercise, but it had been cold out a few days; so I decided to get my 10,000 steps in the mall.

After walking for 90 minutes, I bought me a pretzel and tea, and sat for an hour.

Then I went into JCPENNEY because I had nothing warm to wear to a party I was invited to. I found a few pieces, then asked the clerk if I could leave my things on the counter until I came back from the restroom. I stopped by the shoes because I needed everything if I was going to be warm and comfortable for the cold night.

When I made it back to the register, the clerk was waiting on another customer who left the counter to find something else. Meanwhile, I told the clerk that I would go next door to look for shoes while she was waiting on the other customer to get back.

No sooner than I entered the shoe store next door, Security J.Rosado #428, with a male & female Mall Security approached me to come with them. Outside of the shoe store, I aked what this was about, and I was told that JCPenney didn't want me in the store, and that I can not come back to this Mall. I asked what did I do, and if I could have something in writing, and J.Rosado #428 said he would give me a citation, or I could call JCPenney Corporate. He also mentioned I was at the Mall with someone else, and when I asked for proof (video), he just kept telling me to contact corporate, and that "Texas law states a business has a right to not do business with a customer."

I am a very long time customer of JCP (more than 2 decades) with a JCP Credit Account, in good standing. I was at the mall, by myself, for a total of 3 hours (exercising & shopping). I am so confused by the actions of whomever made this terrible judgment against me without any evidence to show me, then denied me the opportunity to shop, or step foot back into this Mall.

I willing be writing JCPenney Corporate, and every social platform for some answers, an apology, and to have whomever made this wrongful complaint dealt with...

It has changed a lot from when I was a kid. I mean, this is the place where we hung out. Shouldn't time with our friends enjoyed life? Didn't cause destructions only have taking a lot of the good things out and brought a lot of things. I guess for the new age kids. You had a few stories that I liked. I hated to point to the bookstore with no one friend. There that used to be a favorite spot. Earth bound isn't great. That's an area just really relaxed sensitive. I like that Burlington Coat Factory. The part of it. It was nice to look att didn't get anything out of it. See bath and body works still in there. Which is great gamestop is still in thplease remember if you go to gamestop and you have an Xbox 360, take the memory off the top and you can get 2 different atoms on your stuff, not just one. Hey, whatever happened. I did feel like some of the vendors were profiling people. They only approach people that they thought they could get to purchase stuff. I may have wanted to GE. It's impertinent, but because I didn't look approachable. They decided to stay away and that's fine. Let's hang out say no. But I may have won it so bad marketing skills. They need to work on the AC unit in some places inside of the mall.They have great places and no acid.It makes it hard to shop then.Which means losing customers which also only losing stuff for business.Otherwise pretty nice place...

This mall is a hit or miss... Today was another miss. Victoria Secrets was the store I visited today. I feel if you don't want to work... Don't apply to WORK there. I got great help from a lady on the Pink side, super cute shorts with a matching super soft hoodie... 😍😍❤ They were running a promo that I would get a cooler mug and flip flops 😳😳👏👏🙌 yes please!! I get to the check out counter and the ladies name that is there, Marina (Dark hair glasses) Buzz kill. Standing by the area where employees walk into the registers, just standing there... 3 minutes literally went by and I had to ask if she would check me out... 🤦 Totally unfriendly approach... Rang me up handed me a receipt and was sending me on my way... I asked if I qualified for the extra goodies, she looks over her shoulder and says we are all sold out... 😂😂😂 I'm looking at the extra goodies... They are literally in front of both our faces.. I proceed to leave the area when the lady from the other side comes up and says... "Don't forget your Mug and Flops!!" 👏❤ I get a eye roll from Marina... Some people should avoid...
