Kingman — Attraction in Kingman

Glenda and her manager were rude and sarcastic to many customers that arrived 9 hours late from amtraks own fault and they could not do anything for the customers besides be rude and waste our time even more. Avoid coming to this station because you will not be taken care of if something happens to your train. Our amtrak train arrived 9 hours late into Chicago causing almost everybody to miss their layover train. I was supposed to be at my Detroit destination by 11pm and we were in chicago at 11pm. Amtrak did nothing to help us get to our destination in time. They were totally unreliable. They did not compensate us or do anything to help but be sarcastic a holes to us after being on the train for 47 hours. We ended up taking a taxi from Chicago to Detroit to get to our destination in time. Amtrak is unreliable. Never again. No wonder this was their first year profitable in over 50 years of service. Your tax dollars are paying for this joke of a transportation service. Pathetic!!! Also taking the train is not cheaper than flying. Save yourself do not...
