From the moment I stepped into Premiere Theatre 7, I felt like I was walking into a secret agent briefing room. The air was buzzing, the popcorn was popping, and my mission—should I choose to accept it—was to watch Mission: Impossible on the big screen. And let me tell you, this theatre made the impossible feel incredibly comfortable.
The seats? Reclined like a luxury La-Z-Boy that made me question whether I was there to watch Tom Cruise or take a nap. (Spoiler alert: I did both—watched the movie and drooled a little.) The sound system? Explosions thundered, helicopters roared, and I actually ducked once because I thought Ethan Hunt was flying through the auditorium. Clean bathrooms? Check. Affordable snacks? Check. Friendly staff that looked like they could moonlight as IMF agents? Double check.
Honestly, Premiere Theatre 7 doesn’t just show movies—it turns them into a full-on cinematic experience. I laughed, I gasped, I gripped my seat. Then I ate more popcorn. And I may or may not have tried to somersault out the door humming the theme song. (Security footage pending.)
A huge thank you to everyone at Premiere Theatre 7 for making movie night feel like a Hollywood adventure. Your clean environment, kind service, and epic sound and picture quality turned a night out into a blockbuster memory. And with D & D Pest Control Co. regularly stopping by to make sure the only bugs in the theatre are on screen—it's no wonder you’re the go-to theatre for folks across Eastern North Carolina. We’ll be back faster than Ethan Hunt can scale...
Read moreHad a wonderful time with my family watching black panther so much we watched twice, however this is another establishment in Kinston that needs to be improved on. 1.The movie theater needs to be in a better location instead of that children of the 🌽 location. A person of business knows not to build a place that's way out of the reach of people. It was better when this movie theater was at the plaza and I bet it made more money back then compared to now. The city should have two theaters and not just one way out there in the jeepers creepers field. 2. The building needs to be painted. The paint is fading and the outer exterior has two shades. Its light on one side and darker on the other side in some areas. 3. The screens are not hd quality and some of the screens are dirty, just like in room #3. Please update this theater. 4. It is way too cold to enjoy the movie sometimes, tone it down a bit. 5. The popcorn is stale and not fresh. The butter taste like chemical substance that has been place on the popcorn. 6. When my family and I visit the second time for a 11 am viewing, the guy that was there gave us a ticket for another viewing as a mistake. The people who work there seem to be ok, but just need to focus on the customers. 7. Please have more protection in this theater. It really feels like anybody can just walk in and the customers and employees are not...
Read moreI am happy that Kinston actually still has a theater, but the Theater needs a good cleaning. When I was there the countertops were filthy...and you are going to sit my food there. NO! Staff could use a lesson or two in customer service. Not a smile to be seen or a "thank you, come again" or "enjoy your evening." I love the new recliners. They are very comfortable, but I absolutely hate the "pick a seat" before you enter concept. I guess if you buy tickets online that may work for you, but for us old school folks...I hate it! We recently went and took kids and they expected us to be scattered all over the cinema or the front row where you leave with a pain in your neck from looking straight up. We walked out!! I will not go back unless they do away with this policy. Also, move that front row back. No one can sit there and look up comfortably at the screen. It...
