Yeah this place is a joke, they have bad customer service. Im from Houston on vacation and I vape CBD for my anxiety and pain. I bought a Pineapple Express 100 mg it tasted like shiet! I've bought this flavor from a different brands in Houston and regardless of it being an oil they didn't taste like shiet... I did some research on this product that they sold me and noticed that the color of the product wasn't the same. I brought that up to them and I don't understand why they would act dumb and tell me that I bought a 200mg. Making it seem like I changed it and want to accuse me of something so stupid! Im from Houston why do I have to do something like that, I was wanting to try out what Florida had to offer on CBD cartridges since I never been to Florida. Yes they also threw at me the whole FDA or some shiet! Talking about they can get in trouble by 15,000 dollar fines for taking the product back. I hope they do get FDA to fine this place, it's a ripoff. No refund as soon as product leaves the store, but wants to promise me to buy the product back if I fail the drug test.. yeah that was a punch line to make a sale... just be aware of their products I've been since I left with cold sweats from my anxiety kicking in and I really have not felt this in a while. I will say because I know this smoke shop reads this that I will also bring this up to creating better days like you asked me to do and complain to them about their product, and they ask you sold it to me. I never had a problem with customer service with smoke shops in Houston. I've had then replaced items and even fix issues with pens or batteries making sure you would always come bac . Yeah they would probably charge for parts but it's good customer service. This is what I have to voice, my true opinion on customer service and experience. Keeping it 100 for the customers sake.

No sir, I work in construction and all I looked for is no thc, I'm aware of the 0.3 or less thc, full spectrum that I know to stay away because of the random drug testing they do at my job. I asked for zero thc cartridges and products when i walked into your store and you pointed out to me the section to those cartridges I saw. Texas does not allow the 0.3 thc what so ever its also illegal to be caught with that much thc, which really is nothing unless abusing the product from its true purpose. NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE! I bought a battery pack less than 24hours ago and was told to charge it because they do not come charges. This morning I woke up and it still did not turn on. I returned to them this morning so they could exchange it for me and the young blonde girl at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE and would not exchange it or give me my money back. Said they have a no return or exchange policy. This is unacceptable when the business is selling faulty/not working items. I asked her what she could do for me then and she said she could call the cops on me if I didn't leave. I then message the company on Facebook and the owner could care less about the situation telling me he would be in the store on Tuesday and could speak to me in person about it then. When I told him I was from out of town he said there was nothing he could do since he would have to personally see the item before deciding to return it. Since they have a no return/exchange policy.
