If I could give less stars I would. Avoid this location like it was covid-19. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you love wasting your time, go walk around outside for an hour and be ignored by the employees packed inside an empty store. If you enjoy being treated like you are of no importance, go right to the sales team, especially the manager, they take great pride in devaluing you. I'll go into some more detail about our experience at this location. There were 4 sales people that day who looked us in the eyes and never bothered to ask us if we needed any help. If we didn't already find something we liked outside, we would have ran out that instant. But after waiting 20 minutes to get help, we were given a salesperson to help us. He was not very helpful nor did he talk to us about anything we needed to do for our vehicle, just took our payment and said in 2 weeks we would do everything in the store. There was nothing given to us nor were we told the things we actually needed to o to our car to get it tow ready. It really was a gross experience, we were treated like we had no importance. We put down a deposit on a rv and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks, a month later was told that they gave away all their models and that they didn't know when we wanted it so it was okay to make us wait and not to bother letting us know the status of anything. Mind you we had been calling them twice a week for that month only to be told it would be ready any day now. But when I finally started seeing these models in other locations, was told every excuse in the book why they couldn't do anything nor give us any real information. Even the sales manager was lackadaisical when we finally spoke to him. The amount of care in the managers voice was less than zero. He literally said, if you find it elsewhere go get it there. Mind you that elsewhere was in another location of camping world an hour and a half away and this manager tells me that he looked in the inventory of the whole country and no one had one, he could not believe me when I said I found other locations with them and they were in fact camping world locations in this state. This location loves wasting your time and treating you like garbage. We called the new Port Richey location and in that 20 minute call, there was much more done for us than in a entire month at the Kissimmee location!!! Had the Kissimmee location bothered to educate us on what we needed, we could have prepped our car in that month of waiting, the sales team at new port richy were on their game and really made us feel like we mattered. We drove an hour and a half to that location and we live 5 minutes from the Kissimmee location. Our entire experience there was eons better than at the Kissimmee location. Please avoid this location at all costs. Your sanity and dignity...
Read moreThis is what my 2024 Keystone Springdale Travel Trailer looks like. I bought this in May 2024, its been sitting in camping worlds parking longer that in my home. A few days after purchase i noticed the main door was not closing properly. That same week I notice water damages to the furniture near the door. We thought because the door did not close properly when it rained, water must of got in the camper. We took it back to camping world quickly and they said the manufacturer installed the door wrong and that’s how everything else happened. Keystone approved to replaced the furniture however not the door which was “the issue” at the time. After 3 weeks of camping world having my camper I decided to pick it up, i thought I may be able to use it while I wait for the parts. When I park this at my property i noticed more damages. The slider ceiling has a huge water satin, I found water on the floor and more damaged furniture. I called immediately and spoke to the sales manager Izzy or something like that, and I felt he did not care at all. Told me to bring it back for service. This issue it’s unacceptable the roof must be leaking and the water going in the walls, because all major damages are closer to the floor however the walls are now turning yellow and the wall paper is pealing off. Who is responsible for this? I either need a new unit or my money back. This has cause me stress and hardship. Paying almost $42,000 for a damage camper it’s ridiculous. I am now looking a lawyer to get the his situation resolved as soon as possible. It’s been two months since my purchase and it’s already falling apart. How is this supposed to look in a year. In 2016 I purchased my first brand new camper JAYCO and I never had any issues what so ever and I had also owed other brand and models and so far Keystone is the worst camper I have ever owned. Completely waste of money, crappy customer service, poor quality and worst manufacturer I have ever encountered. Also, camping world will not do anything to help, complete waste of time, they should be liable as well. The love to sale however they suck at warranty, complaints and making this right for the customer.
02/10/25 It’s now 9 months since the purchase and camping world is still “fixing” the camper and they has now damaged the floor, and the fridge.
Update 05/12/2025 No camper yet. It’s been a little over a year. We have a lawyer involved now. We finally went to see the camper on 05/10/25 as we have not seen it since February and it looks exactly the same. They haven’t fixed anything. The camper looks even worse. New...
Read moreHorrible Customer Service. Have called several times to find out the status of our camper and can’t get the manager Jesse or Steve our Service Rep to call us back.
Brought our camper in for service 2.5 weeks ago for warranty work. Come to find out that we were lied to at the time of purchase for what is actually covered under warranty.
When we purchased the camper in December 2016 we had Camping World (before we even took the camper home with us) install an LED Light Strip under the outside awning and wire it into the light switch. We heard a buzzing behind the panel and the light quit working so we brought the camper in and they want us to pay to rewire the light since they stated that it was “Shoddy Work”. We informed them that Camping World are the ones that installed it and they should be the ones paying to repair it. We were told that they would contact the manager of that department to find out if they will cover the Labor to repair the “Shoddy Work”. We have only used the camper 5 times and the light stopped working on the 3rd trip. Also when we purchased the camper the arm of the awning was already misaligned. We were told that it was covered under warranty but to bring it back when we had multiple issues and they would repair it no problem. Well they are now telling us that it is not covered under the warranty and we have to pay for it. The water heater quit working and was told that the mother board was fried and that it would be covered under warranty (hallelujah), the only problem is it will be another 2 weeks before the part comes in. When I called and spoke with another Service Rep Steven –not to be confused with our Rep Steve, he stated the above that the part would be in on the 12th. When I said that it would have been nice for someone to call us and inform us of that delay, he then stated “well, I am telling you”. We have already cancelled 1 trip to Ft Wilderness last week and have another trip scheduled for the 13th of October. Will more than likely have to cancel that one to.
1 Star review is a little generous but the site won’t let me give lower than that. If you are looking for a company that is rude, lies to you, doesn’t stand behind their own workmanship and refuses to call you back then Camping World is the...
