Tortilla Rica — Restaurant in Kissimmee

We had an awful dining experience tonight. I ordered the fish tacos, Mexican rice and corn. My husband ordered the steak fajitas. We also ordered guacamole for an appetizer. The waitress did not write anything down. We never received the guacamole. The rice was literally COLD! Another waitress went to move my corn and dumped one piece onto the table. My tacos were TINY--no where on the menu did it say they were mini tacos. Glad I ordered three. My husband's fajitas were supposed to come with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. He got none of these things, nor cheese or lettuce. So his fajitas consisted of some okay meat, and barely sautéed green peppers and onions. For our drink refill they ran out of clean glasses so served them in a to go cup. Really? No one does dishes there? I told what looked to be the manager about the cold rice, the lack of items for the fajitas and she took off 10% on the bill. When I get the bill, low and behold, the guacamole is on there. Um no, we never got it. So she had to adjust the bill again. Not once did our original server come back to see how we were doing or how our food was. In the 28 years my husband and I have been together this was by far the worst dining experience we have ever had. We are here on vacation from Wisconsin and just wasted $36 and a night out. I do not recommend this...

We had visitors over from Ireland and ended up here as the wait times in other local restaurants were too long. I wish we had waited! The whole experience here from start to finish was an absolute joke! After we were seated, (it wasn't busy, maybe 6 or 8 other people were eating), the waiter took our drinks order. After about 15 minutes we had to remind him we didn't get the drinks. His response was "Oh. She didn't bring them over?" The waitress took our food order and then we waited, and waited. The food eventually arrived and they got two of the entrees mixed up. We decided to take what they had as we didn't want to wait any longer. Eventually my enchiladas arrived and I must say I have had better enchiladas out of a box and microwave. They were disgusting. My daughter had a sampler platter and one of the items were cheese quesadillas. Well they consisted of a little bit of shredded cheese inside a folded over tortilla, and I mean a little bit of cheese, nothing else. We ordered another round of drinks and they got that wrong. We asked to see the manager and the waitress told us it was just her, the waiter that was training and the chef, no manager. She was almost in tears. She did discount the meal because of the mess but I'm afraid we will never go back there,...

Waited 15 minutes just to order drinks and food and didn’t receive an unsweetened ice tea until after the food arrived. The food portions were small and severely lacked flavor, it was basically a plate of different textures. I’ve been sitting here with an empty glass for 20 minutes and have yet to receive a refill even though the waitress has come to our table. There is a guy who works here who brings chips and salsa to people but can’t take orders, even drink orders? Seems like a useless employee. I had high hopes for this place, but I am leaving disappointed and still a little hungry (and very thirsty). I will probably have something delivered from Grub Hub later.

This place is terrible.

I have no idea what restaurant everyone that rated this place high went to, but it definitely wasn’t this place. Saturday at 6pm shouldn’t be terrible service. I counted 3 couples/families that came in after us and left before ordering due to poor service.
