This was a last minute trip for us so I found the prices to be great. I was iverall satisfied with the room based on the price. I must say that the room had an odd smell upon entry almost like a mildew type of smell. The door lock from the inside looks like it would be extremely easy to pry open. The a/c cooled the room great. The place was clearly remodeled recently but the floor already has some water damage it seems and some spots move a little when you step on them...no big deal, just an observation. WiFi worked great for my fire stick. A few drawers were extremely hard to open for some reason. Electrical outlets throughout the room are hard to get to, like behind the bed and behind the big dresser the tv sits in. Check in was fast and easy as well as check out. Had to go next door to Walgreens to purchase and iron because I do not travel with one normally and the room is bare of any extras like this. Again, not a huge deal, but trying to help out future guest. We stayed Thursday - Sunday, housekeeping came Friday night, but not Saturday night. My only real issue with this stay was that I did not pay attention to the “motel” part of the name. We stayed next to a corner unit that people seem to live in. They had chairs in front of their unit all the way up to the edge of our room door. These chairs were covered in dirty work clothes and boots sitting outside, socks draped over the chairs like they were either just dirty or washed by hand and put out to dry. One morning I went outside to leave with my son and a guy was out there smoking weed. They seemed friendly but my son was a little nervous. The first day we got there their was a girl hanging out in the doorway and a different guy sitting outside with blunt wrappers on the window sill right next to our door. I was not impressed by this at all and for that alone I could never stay here again. Their were other rooms that seemed to possibly have long term tenants too, but no mess outside. Pulling up to the room and seeing that setup right next to us made me feel a little uncomfortable, I spent half the night checking...
Read moreBy no means do I mean to sound like a snob, but I usually stay at very high end branded hotels. I had a situation where I did not have my credit card (or debit) and until I received them, only had the cash in my pocket. After calling numerous hotels I called the Libery Inn and after explaining my situation, they welcomed me to come in and accepted cash (at a GREAT rate!) I was hesitant because like I mentioned, I’m a 4-5 star hotel guy but had no other options!||I am not kidding when I say this was the most welcome any team at a hotel has ever made me feel! AMAZING guest service. The owner, George and his son Bruce set the bar when it comes to customer service and treat you as a true guest at their place rather than just a customer. ||The rooms are VERY clean, cozy and just plain comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at any hotel/motel. The pool was surprisingly large and the pool area is very well kept and just as the property is throughout, as clean as could be. I ended up staying over a week and not out of necessity (only that first night was a necessity) but because I enjoyed it THAT much!||The location is great also. Minutes to I-4, 535, Osceola Pkwy, 417, a 30 second walk to 192, yet had a private feel to it and is surprisingly quiet given its centralized location. ||This was the best and most pleasant surprise of any lodging experience I have ever had (and believe me, I travel ALOT) and proved to me that the saying “You can’t judge a book by its cover” could not be more accurate!||HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in the Orlando/Kissimmee area....single, couples, or families. I have stayed in most every hotel in Kissimmee and I can assure you that between the comfort and coziness that the rooms here provide, the location and especially the guest service that will be provided to you by the team here, your next stay will not be your last!||Thank you George, Bruce and the entire staff at the Liberty Inn for a great experience and setting the bar for...
Read moreThe fact that you have to comment under every single review is a big RED FLAG. I had an issue the first day with your front desk clerks attitude. Exact quote from her mouth after asking how you were going to honor what you told us we would have when booking the motel room was "you can leave if you are uncomfortable." We knew that coming in but no offer of refund was given. No biggie went against the RED FLAG for our vacation. We asked to obtain some sheets and that was honored but the blanket that was asked for and the extra towels were never honored. First night we went and bought our air mattress due to shortage of places to sleep, kind of inconvient as we contacted your motel and asked if you could accommodate our stay, and I own air mattresses. If it was needed I could have brought this down for our trip. Next the room had a bunk bed which had no ladder. Not to mention mattresses were all disgusting, the sheets weren't clean, and we found plenty of beer bottles. Which implies house keeping doesn't occur often. Now as we DID NOT come down to Kissimmee/Orlando area for your hotel, we were willing to push through our vacation with you guys. That was until we couldn't get any fresh sheets or another blanket or towels for two nights. So here you are. You are going to push it off as the 3rd parties fault, but this is marketing misrepresentation no matter how you look at. You need to update your information if the third party vendors. The neglect to show hospitality is ridiculous. You have had this issue for YEARS and still you aren't improving anything. Your bath room floor feels like you will fall through and so does your bath tub. Your dresser is warped and your TV doesn't work. No one gave any wifi information out.
I will give compliment where due, you do have a nice clean pool and pool area. But that's all you have going for you aside from the tourist rip off...
