GameStop — Attraction in Kissimmee

Went there last week and got rushed by Gibby(Samantha) I came in at 4pm and she said that I’m lucky If I came 10 seconds later she would have locked the doors cuz she was about to have her lunch break. I said okay and proceeded to grab the game that caught my attention she scanned it and was hawking me down within 1 minute of me searching and when I came to ask her a question she got mad and said she was working a 12 hour shift and wanted to eat which was to no one’s suprise. And 1 that is not my problem and 2 I didn’t ask about anyone’s shift I asked where was the case to a game. So I proceeded to look and she continued to hawk me down as if I came 1 minute before closing time the store had 5 hours left to close. And she also said that me and my friend were eating in front of her face so it was “kind of rubbing it in her face” . I had just came out of Walmart across the street and was hungry so I grabbed my beef jerky and my friend grabbed his bag of chips and we walked into the store. Very unprofessional and childish she had to have gotten mad cuz of the beef jerky i was eating in my hand I know the smell was teasing her but that’s no way to act. They need to make Andres manager or sum he has way more traits of a manager and has knowledge of the games and knows how to treat customers or that other kind gentleman deserves to be manager. Anyone besides her she is making the store look bad and knows nothing while taking up over half of the store space just sitting there. GOOD MORNING GAME HEADS! Shout out to Gretchen for being f.... AMAZING!!! I was having a problem finding the limited blue gears bundle in my area (NYC) and was about to give up. I decided to try a GameStop in what I thought was the closest to my friends home.... 35 min out (whoops!) long story short... this amazing saleswoman with patience, product knowledge helped me get exactly what I wanted in less than 12 hours. You rock! Thank you so much. Next time I'm down in Fl, Kissimmee lunch is on me. That store is lucky to have you. Keep doing what your your doing, if you can provide excellent customer service, to a customer over the phone a couple hundred miles away than never mind what those other Mofo's say, you made my little son a happy boy. Went in with my wife looking for a new game console. Us not being big gamers we were open to any and all options…perfect opportunity for a sales person to sell, we were there to buy. However, buddy at the front desk had no effort to sell anything and actually made us feel like we were annoying him. Made the visit completely awkward, we lost all interest in buying anything, so we left. We thought maybe another GameStop will have employees excited about selling us a new game console, not make us feel like we are a bother.
