Donnie checked us in and was amazing. We spoke with Gabby a couple days later and she was wonderful . Very professional staff. This is a budget extended stay hotel. Accept that and you'll be fine. Our neighbors were long term so we acted like guests. Plenty of families here. No problems with anyone though. The room was decent sized with a good sized fridge and microwave. TV was good with loads of channels. The pool was refreshing. It goes from 3'- 6' so keep an eye on the wee ones. But it is fenced in. Great bakery / cafe in front . Delicious breakfast. Aldi's and Walmart nearby as well as a small grocery store two doors down. 30 minutes from Orlando if you're going to KIA Center, Camping World or Inter & Co stadium. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Checked in for an 8 night stay and the room was disgusting. The website photos are extremely misleading. The bathroom had water under the floor boards and there was crusted dirt and mold around the panels. They didn’t even argue me for a refund, so you know that the workers there know this place is horrible. Don’t waste your money.

I ARRIVED AT ROOM 204 AND THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY, AND THE ROOM SMELLED OLD AND MOLDY. I TOLD THE AGENT ALYSSA WHO SAID THAT THE CLEANERS WOULD BE I AT 9am AND SHE WILL SEE TO IT THAT THEY FRESHEN UP THE ROOM. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

I RETURNED FROM MY ERANDS TO FIND A CREW OF MEN DOING MECHANICAL WORK AND A MAN AND A WOMAN SMOKING MARIJUANA ON THE STEPS. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A GHETTO ATMOSPHERE AND WAS EVEN UNCOMFORTABLE TO ASK THEM TO EXCUSE THE STAIRS.

THE ROOM STILL SMELLED TERRIBLE. UPON GOING TO USE THE TOILET I SAW DRIED URINE ON THE SEAT ALONG WITH THE SHOWER CURTAIN HALF OPEN AND HAIR IN THE TUB (ROOM 204).

4.I REPORTED THE MATTER TO THE CLERK WHOSE NAME BEGINS WITH L (I cant remember the name at the moment). SHE THEN GAVE ME ROOM 216 WHICH WAS FILLED WITH THE SMELL OF CIGARETTES.

I HAD TO PUT TSHIRTS ON THE PILLOWS DUE TO THE SMELL OF CIGARETTES IN THE SHEETS (ROOM 216)

THE BLINDS WERE BROKEN SO I HAD NO PRIVACY! I HAD TO USE MY JACKET TO PLACE OVER THE BLINDS OPENING (ROOM 216).

THERE WERE KIDS THAT MADE NOISE FIGHTING AND PLAYING ALL DAY ALONG WITH THEIR PARENTS USING FOUL LANGUAGE TO TRY DISCIPLINE THEM.

EVEN AFTER EXPRESSING MY DISPLEASURE WITH THE SCENT OF CIGARETTES IN MY ROOM AND LINNEN, NO ONE CAME AND CHANGED THE SHEETS OR FRESHEN UP THE ROOM. I WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED CLEAN SHEETS TO DO IT MYSELF.

THE ROMOTE WAS BROKEN SO I COULD NOT WATCH TELEVISON IN RM 216 (THE NEW ROOM).

THE LADY WHOS NAME BEGAN WITH L AGREED WITH ME AND STATED THAT SHE HAS TOLD THEM MANY TIMES THAT ITS NOT GOOD TO HAVE THE TENANTS AMONGST THE GUESTS AS IT IS BAD FOR BUISNESS.

NO HAS EVEN CALLED TO APOLOGIZE LET ALONE COME TO ME TO APOLOGIZE.

THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE...

We booked this room over the phone after going to the Quality Inn down the street and finding roaches and mildew all over. The call center for the fully booked Hampton Inn found us this room, and unfortunately I thought the guy on the phone said HomeWOOD Suites, which I’ve had a positive experience at. It’s called the Home 1 Suites but the sign at the street says Baymont Inn, which should tell you all you need to know about this place. This “hotel” is the “no tell motel” of the area. The pictures for their page are NOT representative of what this place is. Not only is it in need of renovations, it’s filthy and unsafe. The front desk staff, while polite and friendly, gave us keys to an occupied room, which we opened the door to and found luggage and clothes on the floor and unmade beds - it could have been an even worse situation that we walked in on. There are random people wandering the lot, yelling and loitering and hanging out by the dumpsters. The washers and dryers are out in an open hallway. The blinds in most rooms are broken and you can see in the room. The window unit ACs are all dripping all over the sidewalks and are very noisy. I know everyone is a looking for a deal and can’t afford a 5 star hotel, but do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs. We left and stayed at the Embassy Suites about 10 mins away and had a...

At first glance when arriving, the hotel didn't seem bad. It seemed well taken care of... it quickly changed though. My husband and I were told to go to the elevator to the third floor where our room would be, so we went after a long travel day not expecting much. We start making our way and see that people are sitting outside the other rooms, arguing on the phone, smoking, kids running around (it was 2:30AM), and we noticed that people were living there. As we're turning the corner walking past the rooms, we noticed a window with bullet holes in it. We finally arrived to our room and I walked to the bathroom to freshen up and see dog hair and other people's hair all over the toilet and the bathtub, with an awful smell. I went back to the room and I was going to close the curtains because light was entering in just to realize that they did not have curtains, it was blinds that were broken and anybody walking by could just look in our room. Luckily we only stayed that one night, but we will never be back. It was an awful experience. I tried to find an email to let the property know about our experience, but they do not have one listed. I usually do not leave these type of reviews but I figured I needed to warn other people so they know not to go there, even if the price...
