Upon entering the establishment today I was greeted by one of the staff members that looked me in the face and continued to wipe down a station. After a few minutes she returned stared at one of her coworkers and then began to take my order. My order was simple and I even suggested using two tortillas on the burrito to make the wrap easier. She proceeded to pull out two tortillas heat them and put them in foil. This was my first introduction to the language barrier. It gets worse! Once again i suggested using the two tortillas that she wrapped previously to make the burrito. Nope instead she pulled out another tortilla, heated it and began to ask for my order. I told her my order and she put it together. Well plot twist she goes to wrap the burrito and couldn't using one tortilla. I once again tried to explain to her to use two to make it easier but she understood nothing I was saying. Luckily the customer behind me (looking frustrated) spoke Spanish and was able to translate for me. She called who I would assume was a manager up and had them also attempt to wrap the burrito which was also unsuccessful and also used 2 more tortillas after scraping the contents out of the last one. At this point I had my temporary translator tell them to just place the contents in a bowl and give me the two original tortillas that were in foil to me and I will wrap the burrito myself at home. She just placed the mangled kinda wrapped salad in a shell in a bowl and sealed it. I requested a large side of queso and chips with the order. Don't worry for anyone possibly wondering pictures will be uploaded. The fact that I could count out 18 chips in the bag was a problem. I guess I'm having a hard time wondering at what point did the service industry just say screw it all. At minimum all employees to include management should know how to wrap a burrito. It wouldn't hurt to have someone bilingual to reduce the communication issues. Alot of food more then likely goes to waste just becuase of simple errors like what I encountered today. This location was horrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this one. There are much better chipotle restuarants on this strip I just tried this one today. I paid 23.00 for a regular burrito that was butchered and 1/3 bag of chips. Kind of crazy. It's not about the money it's what I recieved for my money that isn't pleasant. I uploaded the chips, the butchered burrito, the receipt so you avoid this location, and my burritos I had to reroll myself at home and yes I used both tortillas so no more would be harmed in the senseless food...
Read moreToday we had the worst experience you can possibly have at a restaurant. We walked in the place, seem fairly new, and we ordered our food, not only they didn't give us the correct items but they also screwed up the payment. Got charge for items we didn't;t received but we never ordered. We got to the table and realized the three meals were completely different to what we had ordered and paid for and this is where things got extremely bad....we ask to speak with the manager and the kid that was cleaning tables came back and said: "he says he is too busy and can't come" - rolling his eyes indicating that he was in disagreement. We couldn't;t even eat what they gave us because it wasn't what we wanted and on top of that two of the bowls had so much sour cream we couldn't;t even see what they had giving us. I went to the counter myself to ask for the manager and the guy didn't;t even spoke English (name is Pedro), I ask for a number he didn't;t even look at me and kept back to his business. The employees were also trying to talk to him and he wouldn't;t talk to them. This manager needs to be let go for disrespecting his employees and also his customers. I will contact corporate and let them know this is the best way to lose business and damage the brand....
Read moreSmall portions even stingy with the rice. They explained to me that a tablespoon is light rice. 2 tablespoons is regular and 3 is heavy. So that means 1 scoop of rice there is “heavy rice” which is crazy. My bowl was so small and they wanted to charge $1 if i wanted more. I ended up not paying for the bowl and not wanting it cause of how small it was. It was half filled and looked nothing like the commercials or like any other chipotle I’ve been to. Also it took five mins to even order the employee was just there acting busy doing really nothing. She didn’t say hi or asked me what I wanted. Just looked at me with an attitude face and like if she was waiting for me. It’s kinda funny but sad. They are messing up the brand there for sure. It’s a Spanish lady that’s in her early 20s but then the two other employees there ganged up on me for complaining. I love chipotle but I don’t recommend this one. I went to another chipotle a few miles away and it...
