Town Car Service of Orlando — Attraction in Kissimmee

Town Car Service of Orlando was the best way to start our week at Disney. From the beginning the process was easy and reasonable priced. Aldo was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with the timing. Once we arrived at the airport we went down to baggage claim and waited for our bags. And waited. While in the baggage claim area Pedro, our driver, called to let us know he was waiting for us. He came over and when our bags finally came down the carousel he would not let us get them. He pulled the bags off the carousel and led us to the car. Both rides were a Cadillac SUV. They were clean, spacious and comfortable. The ride to our resort was smooth and easy. Our return trip was also excellent and no complaints. Flavio, our driver, drove up right as we came down to the lobby. He was early by about a few minutes and again an excellent driver. Also and his drivers made this trip easy. I kept saying to our family we should have arranged a driver for a few of our activities and not have my son rent a car a the airport.

My experience with Town Car Service of Orlando was outstanding! From my first connection with Aldo, who assisted me with my transportation needs from start to finish, everything went well! Aldo was very quick to respond to my texts, patiently answered all my questions, and provided quick follow up. Aldo is very kind, caring, and personable! On the day of my arrival at the Orlando International Airport, Lucas texted me to introduce himself, inform me where he’d meet me, and say that he’d be waiting for me with a sign with my name. I arrived a little early and texted Lucas to let him know where I was waiting. He immediately replied, saying there were a few cars ahead of him at the security checkpoint and that he’d be there in 30 seconds. Sure enough, he was! Lucas was very professional, respectful, pleasant, and kind. He handled my bag and escorted me to the car quickly. Lucas was a safe driver, and I felt safe with him, which was very important to me, especially as a woman traveling alone. I wholeheartedly recommend Town Car Service of Orlando to anyone in need of transportation in the Orlando area!...

I highly recommend Town Car Service of Orlando whenever you need transportation. Aldo was extremely helpful and friendly when I booked the service. Our driver Flavio was waiting in the baggage claim area when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage and then took us to our resort in Disney. The Cadillac Escalade was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed talking with Flavio and this made our ride even more enjoyable. About an hour after we were dropped off, my daughter realized she dropped her wallet on the ride over. We immediately contacted Aldo who then got in touch with Flavio. He found her wallet in the back of the vehicle and came back to our resort to return it to her. My daughter was in a panic and this would have been a horrible way to start our vacation but Aldo and Flavio took care of everything. We couldn’t thank them enough. We used the same service for our return to Orlando airport and Regina was our driver. Arrived more than 15 minutes than our day time, very professional looking and very sweet.
