Bargain Hunters Antique & Flea Market Mall — Attraction in Knoxville

Was initially excited about this place as it is quite large and had a good selection of items but the staff was rude and very unhelpful! I stumbled across the place through a FB post one of the vendors made advertising their booth (facility should appreciate their vendors more for the advertising) but along with other items, I found a piece of furniture I was interested in but couldn’t find a price ticket on it. So, I attempted to inquire about it but the staff would not reach out to the vendor stating “oh I think they are a moving in so it’s not for sale”. No effort but no harm. However, once I had made my way to the register after shopping, there was an old lady standing at the register… not tending to any customers. I asked if she was open or checking out customers and her response was “Well, I’m standing here!” She was slow at ringing me out (literally took almost 30 mins from start to finish) and would not accept help from anyone. Her comment was “Well, I like pulling my own tags”. So, the staff at the front (particularly this old lady) made the over experience less enjoyable. Really quite sad because it has a lot of potential if the staff were more friendly. I was traveling through from another star and certainly won’t be back and would not recommend this place to...

As someone who frequently visit this location and has always had decent rapport with the employees when I entered the store today and asked if I could set my backpack down somewhere while I purchase something from one of the boost that I already knew exactly where it was and could’ve been in and out in five minutes, but I was told that I cannot have my backpack inside and that I would have to leave my backpack containing my laptop and other possessions outside by the trash can in order for me to come inside and shop . I am not nor do I look like a houseless individual that would be in there to be a nuisance And if the lady gave me the time of day without being rude, she would have realized who I was and been able to recall me and how often I shop and spend money there.!!! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on instruments and other finds that unfortunately due to the fact that my vehicle is messed up and me having to uber I don’t have a car to keep my backpack in while I shop and leaving a Micheal korrs backpack by the trash can out side is not gonna be...

Friendly, helpful, staff!!! The gentlemen there brought the items I was purchasing up to the front for me! Such a variety of antiques!! I like rustic, not the foo foo high end stuff! They have something for everyone there!!! GG was one of the sellers...very reasonable, and super nice! I bought 2 pieces from her!! But the lady working the front, I wish I had asked her name, beat them all!! I was buying a coal bucket, and asked if by any chance she knew if one of the vendors had a coal shovel to go with the bucket. She thought and said yes she thought so. And then said as soon as one of her guys came back up to the front, she would be happy to go look for it..And bring to the front for me to look at. Sure enough when I had finished shopping, there the coal shovel sat!!!!! It was exactly what I was looking for, and purchased it!!! That to me is customer service at its best!!!! This was only the 2nd time of visiting bargain hunters, but it certainly won't...
