Day after Thanksgiving, walked into checkers to use the bathroom and wash my hands before eating while my mother went through the drive-through The sign on the door that said asked for a restroom key. I politely went up to the counter and asked for the key for the restroom. I was then told that there’s no restroom available because the key for that door was locked on the other side the manager had no intentions. I’m getting into the bathroom and retrieving the key for customers to continue to wash their hands and use the bathroom as needed manager assistant GM proceeded to tell me that there’s only one restroom available and it’s available employees only once anybody else is forbidden from using that restroom I return to my mother in the drive-through. After she placed her order and asked the assistant GM manager since he’s all over the place if he planned on retrieving the key out of the bathroom because it is illegal to run a restaurant sink available to customers and employees to wash their hands, Mr. Washington’s response to me was, I’m doing too much. I’m not even a customer as he returned my mother her debit card as if we’re not in the same card or if we specified who was eating and who was not continue to tell me that I am doing too much then he shouted at me through the drive-through and told me he is the assisted GM to leave him in the review. Read moreVery unprofessional, I was racially profiled completely doing delivery orders last night , had 15 cars that came after me get served before me leaving me sitting in the parking lot for an hour ,also having me the last car in the lot to get served so I'm alone with a crew of workers being nasty , yelling at me for pulling up to the window when I'm last car in the parking lot and hasn't gotten my orders not cool meanwhile had an order from another restaurant sitting in my car for an hour!!!! , with employees acting like they were gonna fight me at the end of the night because they wouldn't do their job properly, 15 cars after me shouldn't have gotten their food before me leaving me alone in the parking lot to get harassed accusing me of snatching the bag just so she could get in my face in a threatening manor while I'm a girl alone in a parking lot at 2:00 am I have it all recorded, and this all went down under their camera they were practically refusing to give me 2 delivery orders, also accusing me of causing a problem there the day before, which is absolutely not true , just saying that to get other employees to get nasty with me , went out of their way to make sure I was the last person served stay far away from this place this is the worst service I've ever received !!!!! Read moreReally enjoyed our recent visit. Place was packed and it took a while to order and get our food. But the shift manager was incredibly kind and helpful. The orders were prepared accurately. The food was hot and tasty. There was a minor hiccup with the receipts and order numbers. But such issues are expected at a grand opening.
My main recommendation would be that they add a fountain machine in the dining area. There's a perfect bit of space next to the inside pickup window for a small fountain machine to be placed. There could also be basic condiments as well as napkins and plasticware placed next to the fountain machine. As it is now, customers have to wait and ask for refills, napkins, condiments, and anything else they may need. So it would vastly improve the dining experience to place both a fountain machine and supplies in the dining room. There's not even a single napkin dispenser anywhere in the dining room. This is inexcusable. I really hope corporate will implement these changes.
They also don't have fruity sodas like Orange or Strawberry Fanta. Strawberry Fanta is listed on the menu, but isn't actually available in their fountain machine. So that's disappointing.
