If I could give it Zero stars, I would (even though I didn't get the opportunity to eat any of the food). I ordered the general tso chicken combo with 2 extra egg rolls... I told the female that I needed extra soy sauce. Logistics wise, I live approx 4 minutes away from the restaurant. I ordered the food while in Krogers doing my weekly shopping. After I left Krogers, I loaded my groceries in my car and proceeded inside this facility. I asked the girl to make sure that she put extra soy sauce (ordered for my daughter and I to share). I get home unpack my groceries and finally get to the food from there( the total amount of time for all of this 9 minutes from pick up to the incident)The fried rice and the sauce from the Tso chicken was all over the bag, and apparentlyduring during transport a good amount of the chicken ended up in the fried rice because there was a huge amount of the Tso sauce darn near soup like in the 2 side containers within the box. No biggie, I took out all of the contents to discover she placed 2 soy sauce packets for 3 egg rolls and a platter filled with fried rice. When I called back up there, she decided to tell me that I was lying she gave me 4 soy sauces. Being called a liar in my book is a HUGE INSULT! Like be so for real, who has time to LIE ABOUT FREE CONDIMENTS?!? So I packed everything back up so she could argue with the bag as she gave it to me. Upon my arrival, she decided to stick with her. I gave you 4 soy sauce (which for what I ordered isn't even extra but again only gave me 2, and now this is BEYOND Soy sauce). She continually tried to berate and speak over me (as to create a scene in front of her current customers). So I told her to give me a refund. I tried to explain it to her that it's not about soy sauce , it's about the principal, dont call me a liar and try to argue with me about packets of sauce. If youre stingy and broke just say that. No ma'am, then to add insult to injury she tried to accuse me of eating the food... No, sweetheart, nice try.. want to smell my breath, check my teeth, better yet just look at all the contents, i.e., eggrolls, chicken, and hell, even the fork they provided... it was your soup like tso sauce and the overabundance of it that made the chicken slide out of the 2 small containers within the box and onto the fried rice on the edge.... Not 1 bite was taken... that's it for me... I'd rather take my money to my favorite place, get better and more for the...
Read moreIt wasn't the best ive ever had, but it wasnt terrible. I drove about 18 min to try this place out since i was tired of eating at the same place all the time. Everything was still warm by the time i got back home which was a 17 min drive. I got four meals...sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, pork lomein, and teriyaki chicken and it came to $26 exact and all of this was off the lunch menu. My husband wasnt that fond of the teriyaki and was dissapointed that it costs more but yet doesnt come with an egroll like the others. My daughter had the sesame chicken and she said the flavor was good but it was bad cuts of meat and was full of gristles, i had the sweet and sour chicken which tasted like sweet and sour chicken and we all shared the lomein. The one thing we all did agree on was that none of us liked the fried rice that came with each meal. It was kinda dry and a bit on the salty side. I dont think id drive 20 min again to go here, but maybe if it was lunch time and i was in the area, maybe. It was very clean and everything was ready pretty fast, i would just not pay more than lunch prices...
Read moreI have been coming to this place to eat for 4 years now and have only ever had one problem being that I did not think it warrant any changes to my review. However I have had another problem today that I think most definitely warrants a change to my review. All I requested was for the veggies that come with my dish that are part of my dish to be put in another plate on the side. I did not want the veggies mixed in eith the rice and meat. Simple right , just put them in another plate. Well I was told NO they do not put it in another plate so I either had to have them mixed with my rice and meat or not at all ! I guess because they are to lazy to put them on anotjer plate!. Do not ask for anything to be done for your food because if it needs any extra work even as simple as putting your veggies in a separate plate they are to...
