Dia De Foods — Attraction in Knoxville

I can confidently say my husband and I have tried everything on Dia De’s menu and every damn thing is so freaking good. I crave their food. Top food truck in Knoxville and honestly, rivals most of our favorite restaurants too. The portions are so generous, you will have plenty of quest for your chips and the Baja burrito is big enough my husband and I often split it and get a side or two. The team is so friendly, kind, and real. And cares about getting you damn good food. The birria is some of the best I’ve ever had. And the brunch? Shit, don’t even get me started on brunch. If you are in Knoxville, or visiting Knoxville, do yourself the favor of hitting this place up. You will be so glad you did. They are the vibe and quality that makes you cheer on food trucks, keep doing what you’re doing guys. Really thankful you’re around and doing all the hard work...

WAY TO GREASY!! This was our first time trying this spot, and probably our last. We ordered the Birria tacos, with the dip and both were extremely greasy.

In response to your response to my review, here is my feedback. From one small business owner to another, regardless of what I feel or think about their review I WOULD ALWAYS START MY RESPONSE WITH AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR EXPERIENCE, which was not done here. We did not come as first timers expecting a bad review, instead we expected what we saw on the previous reviews and pictures as you even stated 5 Stars, unfortunately that's not what we were served. Was visiting Knoxville after a wedding and was recommended this food truck by a local shop owner. They said that this place gave them goosebumps while talking about it because it was that good so the expectations were pretty high to say the least. And they did NOT disappoint.

This was easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had no question, my partner got the burrito which was also delicious and we split the chorizo queso which as you can probably guess, was also delicious! The truck is also parked at a really nice indoor/outdoor bar that has tons of games, parking on site, and is around some cool shops as well.

This is easily a must do for us if we are ever back...
