Came to South Coast Pizza for the first time in order to get some pizza and beer with friends. We ordered 2 pizzas to go and I got a 6 pack of beer personally. After buying the beer the woman who rung me up said I wasn’t able to drink the 6 pack there because you have to order a single beer in order to drink there. I said okay and went outside and waited on the pizzas with my friends, I noticed another man right beside me that got a 6 pack and was drinking a a beer From the 6 pack while waiting for his food and decided I would follow suite. I opened a beer from the 6 pack, and I know they said not to, but never actually took a drink from it and sat there talking when an employee came out and took it from me. I showed him that I had not drank from it (the can was completely full) and he said that’s okay, I’ll grab you a replacement and it’s good. His “replacement” was water. He handed it to me and blatantly looked at the other man drinking from his 6 pack and said nothing! My friend went inside to complain about the situation and he was ignored, while the same employee that took my beer drank it behind the counter inside the restaurant. I never even drank from the beer and he took it from me and replaced it with a water. I understand they said not to drink, and I didn’t, I just opened it while another man was drinking his 6 pack right next to me. Horrible way to handle the situation and they’ve lost my business, alongside my friends business, and I will be speaking poorly of the service to those that...

Ordered three slices was told it'd be about 10 minutes got there paid for my order was told to be a few more minutes about 25 minutes later in total it was handed my pizza this is my second time coming here first time I ordered three slices I was given a large box because they were pretty big slices of pizza the pizza is great don't get me wrong the first time I went there I almost felt like I was back home in Brooklyn this time I was giving a medium box with a medium Pizza I'm not slices not what I ordered I know it seems like a small thing to b i t c h about so I didn't make a big deal about it and just went home with my medium Pizza but I was really looking forward to my big thin crust New York slices of pizza also I called a couple weeks ago and tried to place a order for a 16-in pizza and some wings and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour again like I said the pizza is great but consistency and timing goes a long way every time I drive by this place is packed hire some more employees if you need to and if you can't sell slices all night then you should set a cut off time instead of giving the customer something they didn't order if I wanted a medium Pizza I would have ordered a medium Pizza still give them a try like I said the...

After my daughter‘s wedding dress fitting, we saw this restaurant and decided to walk a couple of blocks and give it a try. So glad We did!

There was plenty of parking and lots of Outdoor covered picnics. Not much to look at, but still nice just to be outside. The atmosphere Inside was very relaxed and casual… Place your order at the counter and pay… They have a wide selection of drinks in the cooler behind the register so if you choose, you can keep your tab open To enjoy a few beers.

Our order was very basic, large pepperoni and mushroom… You would be surprised how many pizza places can’t even manage that simple of an order… But this place, it was absolute perfection! So much so, that even though this is not near our home, we still try and make it out there as much as possible. I have even been going on Fridays by myself and enjoying a smaller pizza And a beer. Around 12 PM, business really picks up and there is a nice little lunch crowd, but nothing overwhelming.

I can’t speak for the other pizzas on the menu… Personally, I’m not a fan of large cut vegetables on top of the cheese, but If you are Or you love, just a simple cheese and meat, pizza,it is definitely worth giving it...

Wasn't a single place to park. After finding one 2 buildings down, we walk in to a loud mess. After ordering were standing to side waiting when the same guy who took the order asks if we have an online order. Telling him no you just took our order he tells us we can go wait outside they will call us. We stay where we are because outside is no better than inside and it's hard enough to hear or make out what the guy is yelling through the microphone. My son and I walk over to the game area while my husband stands near the window just like every person before him did. The guy in window starts asking him what he needs, telling them he's just waiting, the same one again who took order tells him it was taken at such and such time it will be like 15 more minutes after already waiting 15 at this point, so he says ok and I'm not rushing you. After finally getting food 45 minutes after ordering, the guy in window won't let him have more than the one cup of garlic butter after asking for another and the bread sticks were burnt. We have been there before when it first opened which is why we were going back but NEVER again will we be back!

This is a solid pizza place serving south Knoxville's newly trending Sevier Ave hipsterville. The food is the reason to come here. I really liked my gluten free pizza and wings. The island home pizza is delicious with unique sausage and toppings. I had the wings dry rub with the sauce on the side. It was super busy on a Friday night which is a good sign but there was a lot of waiting for food. It took an hour. I waited half an hour longer than they initially said. But it's pizza sooo... I'd like to say it was worth it but I was hungry when I walked in so not so much. Lots of good beer choices. The seating in this place is not comfortable. Picnic tables inside? Quaint but don't plan to kick back here to relax. There were couches in the corner with Nintendo 64 hooked up on TV for the kiddos etc. The staff was awesome!!!! Fun and on the move. They handled the pressure fine and kept everybody waiting happy as they could for the wait times. There was a lot of good about this place but I'd get take out next time and add 20 minutes to whatever they say.
