I went to the market yesterday and spent over $180.00. I purchased, among other items, 2 bushels of "free stone" peaches. When I started my canning process this morning I discovered the peaches were NOT free stone. I waited for the market to open to let them know this information. The person I spoke with was very rude and told me I was the only one that complained about it. Excuse me, does that make me wrong? I was HOPING she would offer to exchange them, but instead offered to reimburse me for 1 1/2 of the 4 baskets I purchased, then hung up on me. I will never go back. I took pictures of the peaches after I cut them in half so you could see for yourself that they are not free stone peaches, but I don't see how you can post the pictures.
