EDIT TO OWNER RESPONSE. I am a true thrifter, I also resell at times. I actually bought one item to resell from your store. I have visited every thrift store in Knoxville and surrounding areas. I visit approximately 4+ thrift stores weekly looking for deals. I spent one hour in your store. Not once got offered gloves. Employees were nice. However my orginal review/opinion still stands. This was constructive criticism , so you could take the review and improve the store. My intentions were to not hurt the store. Parents are always looking for good deals on kids clothes. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
2.99 per pound of clothes ..not bad pricing. However, after searching for an hour my mother and I felt very nasty. There was a ton of clothing that had holes/multiple stains or smelled terrible. It's a clean facility but dirty clothing. Kids clothing is not sorted. Kids, men's, women's clothing are all mixed including sizes. Makes it hard to shop in a timely manner with someone...
Read moreI don’t understand some of the negative reviews. People are so petty. This is a BIN THRIFT STORE, if people would do their research they would see that and decide whether they want to shop here or not. The staff is always kind. They recently started sorting the clothes by gender and item type, which has helped a great deal and I’m grateful for that. Yes it was a little bit more difficult to find clothing before but now it’s 1 million times easier so I don’t know why everybody is complaining. You can find clothes at a better price anywhere in Knoxville there 2.99 a pound deal is great. They’re 1.99 a pound deal is even better. You can literally get it. I don’t know 567 shirts depending on how big you are for like 299 brand-name what is the issue? Stop being petty and if y’all are too good for a thrift store take your behinds to JCPenney or something. SMH. Thanks again for all...
Read moreI love thrifting! And I’m so happy we have a bins-esque store now here in Knoxville! I’ve picked up some decently priced and genuinely nice items from this location, as well as received some very kind customer service from workers. Only one star missing because they do not have fitting rooms. I know this is typical for bins stores, but I’m hoping they will make a change and be the exception. Me and my friend went here and we are both plus sized and really struggled to find things that would fit us and resorted to guesswork. We have our measurements but womens sizing is NOT consistent, so it’s impossible to tell if something truly fits without trying it on. I even took multiple items back home that I had to turn around and redonate. :( Including a fitting room at the location would make this a five star store for me.
EDIT: They now have fitting rooms! So my review is now...
