Michaels — Attraction in Knoxville

RUDE, UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT!! I visited this location yesterday and after interacting with the general manager of this store I can positively say I won't be returning. I asked for help when the item I was looking for wasn't on the shelf and the manager Stacy spoke down to me as if I should be expected to know their store practices and that a blue sticker on the tag indicated the item was out of stock in the store. When I pointed to the storage containers above the aisle trying to ask a question she rudely cut me off and aggressively repeated that the blue sticker meant it was out of stock. I questioned her again because I was fairly certain I could see the item I wanted through the clear container. At this point she pulled the container down so forcefully, almost throwing it on the ground, that the container actually broke. She shuffled through the container, handed me my item and stocked the two additional that were in the container. No apology, no question of if there was anything else I needed help with, not even a have a nice day. I watched her interact with another customer as if she didn't have a care in the world but for some reason assisting me was an inconvenience and she made sure I knew it. I will be taking all future business to places like Hobby Lobby, Joann fabrics and AC Moore for friendly customer service and I would encourage others to...

So much stuff! All of the Christmas items out were gorgeous to see. The sales for all the Christmas stuff is wonderful. So many to do items that are gorgeous and make exceptional Christmas gifts. The stocking stuffers are all over and abundant in supply. There are many different color assort tations of Christmas items for decorating your tree that are available. There are also many items to make your own cork boards and boards to hold pictures and stencil work as well. There is an assortment of stencils and stamps to decorate with. There are multiple Isles of paint and easels and many different things to create art with. At the checkout area there are multiple assortments of fidget Spinners that are all the craze for your little ones to enjoy. Outside on display are Reese for Christmas that are decorated and are also on sale as well as Reese that are not decorated and you have the option to purchase multiple items inside the store to decorate those Reese with that are set to your specific design ideas to match what you want for your...

Super disappointed in their selection of Easter decor, shelves almost bare. 23 days away from the holiday. I feel like junk journaling is a huge thing right now, and little is to be offered by this store. No PET tapes, no vintage papers or stickers, slim pickings of acrylic blocks for clear stamps, and the BIGGIE for me : if you have an item that is marked with a different price than what is in your system, you offer the price marked to the customer. You do not say TS to the customer!! This store was so awesome until they moved locations (Parkside Drive) - they have wait lines that their workers DO NOT seem to care if we wait. Customer service is LACKING in a HUGE WAY!! People will not return to your location until you get things cleaned up. Terribly disappointed in the service I received, but I must complement your cashier. She was the ONLY ONE really working and assisting others. It was a LOT of unnecessary pressure for her. Almost certain, she did not sign-up to be the only one working on the floor. Shame on you...
