Lovesac — Local services in Farragut

We came up with friends to look at the sofa for our RV. I was quoted $2500- 3500 with an additional $1000 for the recliners. Went back and they "rang us up" and it was $4285- AFTER THE LABOR DAY 35% discount??? SERIOUSLY?!?! We drove from Dandridge to purchase the sofa and a chair, but feel that we got a bait and switch! BE TRANSPARENT PEOPLE AND TRUTHFUL!! Totally was over $6,800 without the discount. That is double...because that is before taxes too! Yucky...

All of the associates at this Lovesac location were incredibly helpful. My husband and I were in the store for about an hour building our couch. We were given a quote and came back the next day to purchase. As a side note, we were told it can take 4 days to process our order and 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. We were warned it may come much earlier.
