I would absolutely avoid this place at ALL costs.

If they've given you good services or prices before, know that they will jump on any opportunity to scam and create an arbitrary number if they're able to tell that you don't know your prices.

Why do I know that? We brought a computer in to get diagnosed. This was completely okay, and for their average price. Unfortunately for everyone that shops here, I can't even trust that their diagnosis or anything else they say is legitimate.

We bring it in, they get it looked at, and get back to us with a price. $600 to replace what they say is wrong; the part is, and always has been, less than $120 to purchase.

Their alternative option was to go with an entirely new computer with the same parts, for $400. The computer itself cost quite a bit more than that, and even then we bought it at a steal and there's absolutely no way they'll find ANYTHING close to the parts required for under $400.

Imagine you go to get your oil changed, 2024 vehicle. They quote you $10,000 to change your oil. Or they offer a new, "similar" car with good oil in it for $5,000.

A true asset to our little town we call home. When multiple of the larger so called electronic repair companies said they could not help me Monsoor did not hesitate. I needed my kids Oculus repaired and like I said Monsoor not only accepted the challenge but he succeeded. I got it back not only fixed but looking as if it was brand new out of the box. And on top of everything else it was also at a very fair and affordable price. Overall a shining example of how customer service and business should be conducted. If there is ever any reason I should need any type of electronic repair in the future he will most definitely be my guy without hesitation....

RUN, RUN,RUN.....Unethical, deceptive experience. I paid in full $487 in advance to have my laptop screen repaired. The following business day, Mansoor Kiani called to say he needed an additional $65 to begin any work. I decided to cancel my order that very day. Mr Kiani refuses to return my money, says I still owe him for parts, even tho he had ample time to cancel the parts order, and never did any work on my computer. I understand I would owe for the diagnostics ($40,) Again, I cancelled after just one business day.
