A friend of a friend recommended COVYD Taco so we hired them for a parent meeting at Workman High School.
Make sure you know where you want them because we took about 10 minutes moving them back and forth and they set up everything in 20 minutes. They'll need space for two 6 ft tables for drinks, sides (rice and beans) and condiments ( lemons, sliced cucumbers, salsas, cilantro, pineapple and fresh onions) and a 6ft section for grilling onions, jalapenos, and keeping tortillas and meats warm. The meats were already perfectly grilled. If you have a special order they'll make it happen.

Unaware that they were just serving on tables under a shade during the evenings, I gave them a try and ordered asada and cabeza burritos. I became a regular after that night and they practically knew me by name. Their burritos are very delicious and their servings are generous. They also had quesadillas, and a variety of tacos. Read moreJust went there tonight and asked for hand disinfectant cashier said he had none, moments later I saw the cashier handle plates wrapping and handling food without washing or disinfecting his hands, I confronted him and he just plainly ignored me. Food went to waste. I'm not getting sick for someone's lack of hygiene. Be aware.
