Well I am officially addicted to Target La Verne! I spend half my checks there! I ask the clerks to kick me out or lock the door when they see me and they jokingly say, "SURE, AS SOON AS YOU PAY, WE'LL KICK YOU OUT!" LOL! SO MANY FUN EMPLOYEES THERE! When I first got there I ran into Toni and said hi as she was literally running around the store working so hard! Then I went to look for makeup and discovered a spill. The girl who's name I didn't catch, (but will tell you on Mon.) was busy stocking, but took the time to wipe up the moisturizer on the floor herself. If someone got hurt, things could end badly. She has brown hair on top and blonde on the bottom like an ombre and the most beautiful eyelashes that she gave me tips about. She helped me with every makeup I asked about and cause of her, I ended up spending close to $200.00 in that dept. alone! She's a great salesperson. Then I asked Steven to help me get a moisturizer that I couldn't reach and he stopped and helped me; although, I knew he was busy also running around the store. Then on to Kiwan, a very people person. Then moving on to Fabian who was cleaning up a spill of coffee, knowing how dangerous that could be to have customers slip on. He's such a hard and focused worker. Last but not least, Allison who was carefully monitoring self-check out, smiling all the time. I love the reasonable prices, although I ended up spending almost $300.00 today (2 trips). But totally worth the cost. The merchandise, employees, and pricing all make Target my favorite store. But after Monday, I seriously have to kick myself out. I'm getting outta control. But don't worry, I'll be back the next month as usual..never fails..if only someone would only kick me out! Lol! Read moreI have never had a worse experience in my life. I purchased outdoor furniture from Target.com. Shortly after, we had a flood and were forced to leave my house. When we returned a month and a half later we put the furniture together. One of the chairs was shipped to us with the wrong pieces in the box. We could not put it together. I called the store and the young man was very apologetic and told me to come in and show him the problem and he would exchange it. I boxed it up and brought it in. The manager, Angela, pulled it up and said that they have a 90 day return policy and the window is closed. There is nothing she can do. But it’s only been 6 weeks? “oh I don’t know, but I can’t help you” I don’t want any money back and the man I spoke to earlier told me to come in. “Well idk why he did that we have people coming in and out all the time. They say lots of things” whaaaaaat? How are you the manager and not in control of the information your team delivers? I said so what am I supposed to do with a chair I can put together? She said idk that’s not my concern. Call customer care and see if they can do something. I was fuming. She was dismissive, took no accountability for her and her teams misinformation and pushed me away. Then she laughed with the Customer behind me as I walked away. Disgusting. Read moreTerrible customer service from Melissa the manager at the Pick Up counter. My item is paid for and due within one hour. I’m here 35 minutes early, holding the product I’ve already paid for and they are making me wait the full 60 minutes to take it home. Completely laughable!! Hyper rigid interaction. Extremely rude and unaccomadating. Very, very, very illogical policy. She’s essentially unwilling to scratch it off the pickup list early. Smh! 🤦♂️🤦♂️ I do not have the form of payment or I would cancel and purchase at empty register. I would cancel and buy elsewhere but I am buying an emergency eye wash kit for an employee with metal in his eye as I type this.
