Mattress Firm La Verne Town Center — Hotel in La Verne

When I went to get a mattress the guy was nice and friendly. Me and my wife where looking for something around $2000 or lower but the sales guy mentioned that sometimes their outlet stores have a lower price. We found a mattress that we liked but it was $4700. He said that they had it for $3500 if he ordered it with the outlet store. He also said we could get a credit card with no interest. Of course this seemed like an amazing deal for a great mattress so we did it. He got us all set up and we were very excited to get our new bed. We got the bed delivered the next day and it all looked great however after spending one night with the new bed we quickly agreed that the bed was too soft and uncomfortable. I called the store today (next day after delivery) and they are now saying that there are no exchanges or returns for outlet purchases. I am absolutely devastated for having to pay $3500 for a mattress I hate. I called the store and they said that I signed the paper and there was nothing they could do. I feel bamboozled and completely saddened at the fact that this was advertised to us as a great deal and now it has become my worst nightmare. I was given a number for customer service and I hope to get a call from the regional manager to see if he can make an exception and make this nightmare go away.

At first I was so happy with the service we got at the store but after we got the mattress and got stuck with the credit card they are now wiping their hands clean. BE WARE of ordering from outlet even thought this is not an outlet store and we did not care for an outlet option. We had a great experience at the La Verne store. Our sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately the mattress isn't what we expected. We were sold a 2019 lux breeze soft mattress at a fraction of what it would normally cost. It was the floor model. We were talked into it because it felt really firm at the store. We were interested in medium hybrid originally. The sales associated assured us that it probably wouldn't get much softer since it had been on the floor and was probably already somewhat broken in compared to a brand new one. And it was pretty stiff at the store. Almost too stiff. We tried adding the Tempur pedic mattress topper. Almost a month later, It's fine for my husband. But unfortunately it's too soft for me either with the toppper and without. And unfortunately we are stuck with our purchase since it was the floor model. Mattress Firm (La Verne) caught my attention online while browsing for a new mattress. I decided to walk in and I'm very glad I did. I spoke with Angel, he listened very carefully to what I was looking for. He was very courteous and knowledgeable while assisting me with narrowing down the type of mattress I was seeking. I didn't make the purchase on the spot, being a procrastinator, I had to go home and let the info sink in and check the reviews. I returned later that evening, Angel had left, so Jose assisted me. Jose recognized me from earlier, and was very much aware of what I had gone over earlier with Angel. Jose was also very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of my questions.
