Absolutely horrible experience. When we got there the employees were very unfriendly and didn't seem to care. I am very bad at bowling so I asked if we could get bumpers on the sides they replied that they were only for people 8 or under. This confused becuase as a paying customer I should be able to have bumpers on the sides. That's when the people in the next lane over also asked for bumpers on there lane. One of the employees came over to put them up and while this employee was there I asked him to put up my bumpers. He said that I was clearly over 8 and then laughed at us while walking away. Which was just rude in general. That's when our lane stopped working and the pins wouldn't show back up. I had to go over to the employees and ask them to fix the issue and when I asked and explained whats wrong a employee came up to me and condescendingly asked whats wrong with it I told him for the 2nd time what happened and instead of working to fix the problem he just stood there by the time someone was able to help they didn't give us the time we lost waiting for them back. I also wanted to address the issue of the cleanliness of the alley the table was gross with crumbs from the last person who was there it was so disgusting I couldn't even touch the top of the table. There was brown stuff on some of the floors which was worrisome. The shoes were old and creased mine had very deep creases in them almost to the point of holes. After getting home I noticed that the shoes that they had given me had caused blisters. I will never come back to this alley. If I could give someone one piece of advice it would be to go to any other bowling alley maybe one where the alley is actually clean and the employees are not on a...
Read moreFor context, I'm a 17-year-old boy who likes bowling with my friends. First time going here before even bowling my friends and I were threatened with being kicked out for messing around. We didn't think too much of it may be just a little weird because all we wanted to do was a bowl. Fast forward, I was in there last night and the manager walks up to us and begins calling us names saying we were messing around, and even threatening to end the game we paid for. He even 'banned' my friend saying he couldn't come back because he was goofing around even though he was playing the best out of all of us and winning the overall score. Throughout the night we had multiple staff members just staring at us which felt kind of un-easy. One of my friend's mom came in to talk with the manager in which he told her we were being mouthy and goofing around. But, our friend's mom proceeded to ask people in the neighboring alleys around us if we had been obnoxious or too loud or mouthy and I believe it was 4 different people which were all adults said we had done nothing wrong. Overall, the bowling experience here wasn't bad just the staff...
Read moreStaff was rude when renting a lane. He then placed us between two other players when there were 10 other open lanes. Lastly, provides no hourly bowling rates, however this comment is not a slight. There are multiple alleys that charge per gsme.
When getting to our lane, we started playing but every third frame we had to ask them to correct the score. When asked the first few times, they responded terribly. This trend occirred for 4 games, which we had already prepared.
Lastly, during the last game they finally began watching to help correct the scores. Yes, it happened that many times. Once, a pin fell and i was getting ready to bowl to have an employee run at me and yell. After telling me ti stop bowling he walked away. I started walking to front desk to figure out what happened only to be yelled at again across the room to say it is okay to bowl again.
Only reason for 2 stars is because they provided us a free game, however, they moved us to the lane between two parties again. The parties that previosuly surrounded us had left.
Summary is terrible service, technology is bad, expensive, and will not...
