Edit 5 - still no reply to the email. Gave them another chance TWICE this week. First time they got a vanilla latte wrong. Second time they didn't put any cream cheese on the sandwich. With no sense of practical hiring practices or management, this store should be shut down.
Edit 4 - they still haven't replied to my email. What a joke. Even worse, we gave them another shot today and there was NO ONE in line. We order a wheat bagel, blueberry bagel, and a vanilla latte. We receive the blueberry bagel, but get an everything bagel and a mocha latte. Seriously, this is theft
Edit 3, as I suspected, they respond with their generic response. Better yet, I went out of my way to email them and they DIDN'T REPLY!
Edit 2 - the tater tot bagel that is supposed to be on the chicken sandwich was replaced with an asiago cheese bagel without asking us. It's like you are just trying to be bad and wrong at this point
Edit - after writing this review, we realized the Vanilla Latte we were supposed to receive as ordered is actually a flavorless, regular latte. This order is just the pathetic that keeps on getting more pathetic. I also realized they just respond with a generic response to everyone's review telling them to just email them, so this likely going to go in one ear and out the other for management. Congrats for running mediocrity.
Triple check their work. It is pathetic, and borderline theft to take money and not provide what we ordered and you clearly read back to us. We went through the drivethru and they forgot half of the items we ordered including the NEW peppermint muffin (which was the deciding factor for us going to einsteins instead of a more local place). After going through a second time to inform them of their shortcomings, they give us what we believed was the muffin. Instead, it was just a plain ordinary chocolate muffin. Very pathetic work, and the carelessness coming from employees doesn't help the situation. There are other locations that probably perform better within 10 miles. I suggest avoiding this one and...
Read moreI really don’t like to write negative reviews but this location is not fast and easy when doing a pick up order. Four times on my way to work, I have use this location for a pick up order hoping to just run and grab my order and leave- quick, convenient , and easy, why else would I select pick up? I specifically choose this option because it is usually quick and I don’t have to talk to anyone/ or order at the counter as unfortunately, with the nature of my job- I am usually on early morning conference calls and have to participate.
Every time I’ve come in, my app tells me my order is ready, yet my order is not in the order pick up location. I wait quietly for my order to be ready only to have two then stand in line at the counter to ask where my order is- as you can imagine for a breakfast bagel spot the line is usually long in the morning- just to find out my order IS IN FACT ready and they just can’t put it out where it goes??
A few times I have sent my child in to grab the order while I’m on the phone in the car- and she’s been given a hard time, having to come out to get my phone to show proof of order, interrupting my work call.
On another occasion, while I am on my headset quietly without disturbing anyone trying to continue my call, someone has interrupted me on my call, asking for proof of my order. I will no longer be going to this location as I find it rude to ask, and it’s making it a bigger Inconvenience than...
Read moreI have been getting breakfast here off and on for the past 5 months. Today I am beyond frustrated and need someone at Einsteins to step up! First: The person taking my drive through order did not know what was on the menu and had no idea what I ordered. (this was a simple straight of the menu - no substitutions order). Then once he finally laughed and chuckled with whomever was working with him - he had the sandwich right but then forgot about the coffee. Hot I said. I get to the window. 9 minutes later a gal hands me a COLD coffee. No I say. It should be hot. Oh OK she says and goes away. Comes back with my sandwich. I wait..... and wait.... then after waiting for a total of ..... 13 minutes I receive my coffee. No thanks for waiting nothing. The man with the long beard (ewwww by the way - you are working in food!) looked at me like "what?" I pulled forward to realize my coffee was only HALF full. Too frustrated I just drove off. Come on - there have to be better ways to train people at the drive through. Plus I wasn't the only car. Now the people behind me are waiting just as long and longer for their order. Not good. I hope management finds a way to improve the type of employee ownership they have. Which can't be too hard since right now I would say - Employee ownership (level of caring) is zero. Have a good...
