Asking for reviews in trade for free products let alone nicotine products violates googles TOS and is a violation of federal law. The geekbar i bought from here was also labeled "SALES NOT ALLOWED TO THE USA" on the back of the box.

"Buisness" like this one are the reason this industry is turning the way it is, and why flavors are being banned like in Denver and Boulder. Shame on you VapeMart.

Your reply is comical and It’s ironic you’re calling me a liar. I understand why, this is a serious issue, and the fines for what you’re doing are steep. I’d want to cover myself too. But your actions are illegal, and it’s clear something changed after my review. Like how you were averaging 10 five-star reviews an hour before it, and suddenly you can't keep up with those review numbers after I posted my initial review calling you out. Almost like you knew what you were doing was wrong, saw my review, and tore down the sign from your register and replaced it with one that now says "want a free disposable? Ask me how!"

For the record, I live in Lafayette, had my physical ID, and a bank statement for the product you sold me. Your false accusation has led me to escalate this to the FDA, Google, Colorado Health, and Boulder County, along with additional evidence I haven’t shared here.

I enjoy flavored vapes and want them to stay available in Lafayette, but that only works if all shops follow the rules and ID every customer, which I know you've been struggling doing. When businesses like yours cut corners, it puts the whole industry at risk. I imagine, you, as a vape shop owner, you'd want these products to stick around too.

I visited your vape shop today with my brother to make a purchase. He selected a flavor, and I was going to pay for it with my card. One of your employees refused to complete the sale because I was the one paying. My brother, jokingly, commented “you’re being a baby,” and the employee took it over board reacted by yelling, telling us to leave the store, and refusing service I kindly asked the lady what her name was She was so worked up and angry. I told her I’m a nurse and I’m very concerned for her mental health. How can somebody get so upset about something so silly? Maybe a rough day? I don’t know but we didn’t deserve this. Was it because we were brown? Tattoos? I don’t know & never will all I know is I will definitely never come back to that shop and put myself in such a toxic environment.

Another staff member on duty attempted to calm her down, indicating the situation was unnecessary, but the employee continued to escalate the matter. She also refused to provide her name when asked.

The interaction was unprofessional, time-consuming, and stressful. This experience has left me with no intention of returning to your shop, but I felt it was important to bring it to your attention.

The fact that you are an owner talking like this is mind blowing I definitely have no intentions in taking this post down. He said he was going out to get his ID by that time You were already acting ridiculous! Telling us to leave like a crazy person because you didn’t want to do your job. You could’ve easily said OK yeah go ahead and get your ID but no instead you acted a fool. You should be embarrassed of yourself you’re extremely unprofessional replying back to all the terrible reviews that are on here you’re gonna end up getting this...

Edit : The owner of this shop thinks that selling synthetic vs real nicotine is an opinion rather than stating facts. Read my review, My opinions on TFN is an opinion, asking for non synthetic then being sold synthetic is NOT an opinion.

Buyer Beware. I went in last night to get some juice and coils. I asked for regular, non-synthetic nicotine juice. They then proceeded to sell me synthetic. I came in the following day to try and exchange it, all they did was $4 dollars off, while selling me another bottle of you guessed it, synthetic. This time since I had not left the store the guy swapped it out for a non-synthetic. Read the box before you buy if you prefer not vaping nicotine excreted from Ethyl nicotinate which is converted to nicotine through multiple chemical reactions. This process is not regulated by the FDA due to lack of tobacco, unlike regular vape juice. It also causes headaches. The ONLY benefit to TFN (tobacco free nicotine) is lack of regulation which allows manufactures to produce flavored nicotine if there was a ban of flavored nicotine products. This is a unregulated loophole product.

Response to owner, You may offer both kinds, but your staff doesn't know the difference. Read the comment before you reply, I never said you didn't have both. YOUR manners are non existent though..
