UGH! What happened to the hot, fresh burgers that Good Times had 10 years ago?! I don't often drive through for fast food, so when I do, I want it to be good. Maybe it's just this location, but our burgers looked like the play-food kids play with. The cheese was curved to the top of the burger like plastic, but melted is not a word I'd use,l since the burger was tepid, the bun was cold and since one person didn't want lettuce and tomato, the other 2 of us didn't get it either. That person wanted extra onions, so we all got that too... but the stringy outside layer of the onion was still attached! On top of that, none of us got catsup on our burgers (nobody asked for that particular customization). I'm giving 2 stars because the beer-battered onion rings were hot and delicious. When I spend $40 on burgers, onion rings and ice cream for 3 people, I expect fresh, hot food, and accurate service. This Good Times won't be getting my business. If you go, I suggest you check and taste your order before you drive off. Because of the "all natural ingredients", I didn't expect it to be the cheapest drive through around, but the quality did not live up to the cost. Another caution: the drinks are VERY expensive. They price sodas so that the large is close to $3.00 a drink and looks like a medium. I know for sure that Pepsi isn't one of the "Natural" foods they advertise, so there is no excuse for pricing so far...
Read moreA lot of the positive reviews were people I saw working there the day that I went in. I walked all the way to Goodtimes from Arapahoe Rd so I ran a few minutes late. I called around 10:15 saying I would be a little bit later than 10:30 and they said it was fine and they would save a breakfast burrito for me. Upon arrival the woman at the desk asked what I wanted and I ordered more things and told her I had called she said that was impossible she had been here all morning, then a coworker said she had received the call and would make it. The woman at the register got angry and scolded/yelled at me this was the last time and I shouldn't have done that these are the hours for a reason and that I would continue calling later and later??? I told her I would turn on video recording if she tried to scold/harass me again. I asked why she wasn't wearing a name tag and she told me her name was Kelli, the owner (guess her bad morning mood explained no name tag). She then followed me around the restaurant and began pretending to waiter me and she was polite as soon as the camera turned on of course. Never going to Goodtimes again which makes me sad cause it's my fav but it's the closest one and being treated that way literally made me lose my appetite and return everything. I can't believe people act that way towards others. "A little thought and a little kindness are often worth more than a great deal of...
Read moreOrdered delivery through the Good Times app, food delivered was missing one item, called the store directly as indicated on the emailed receipt and was told I have to call Doordash, but when I explained it wasn't an issue about the delivery but rather that the food was packed wrong, I was told I have to call corporate to have them find a solution that way. Manager would not give me a refund or offer redelivery, but told me my only solution was to come to the store and pick up the food myself. They shouldn't be offering delivery through their app and then giving absolutely no recourse except to spend my own money (on gas) to come get the food I already paid delivery fees and tip for or be out $7 for the food. What if I didn't have a car? What if I was unable to drive? We pick delivery for a reason. I will never be ordering through the Goodtimes app again or going to this location and I warn others against it. Corporate greed at its finest, and setting management up to fail and be utter disappointments to customers. Food itself was good, but management was unhelpful...
