Bought an xbox series S yesterday and the disc drive was broken. Went to return it for a different one today, and was told the serial number on the console didn't match the box it came in...made it look like I was trying to rip them off. They should check these things before selling them. Could cause problems. Somewhere down the line someone made a mistake. Nancy isn’t a card salesman so why does she try to pressure people to give up items they want; for a rewards system we all know isn’t worthwhile, Nancy and Joseph make this location another one I hope gets shutdown, their service is horrible.
