Mercato Grove Apartments — Attraction in Lake Oswego

I may be a homeowner, but Mercato Grove makes a good case not to be. This facility has it all: plenty of excellent patio, picnic and barbecue space outdoors; a fantastic pool and gym, meeting rooms, game rooms and playrooms for the kiddos; spacious, naturally lit and utility-furnished units perfect for singles, couples and small families; place has it all! It feels more like a community than many neighborhoods I've lived in.

We were graciously invited to check out this upscale living space during a recent Yelp Elite Squad event, and both my wife and I were very impressed with everything Mercato Grove had to offer. In addition to all the features mentioned above, the rest of the grounds include a tea bar, a juice bar, and nail salon, multiple restaurants, a pharmacy, and several other shops that I unfortunately failed to note. The Elite Squad event was catered by several vendors, including cocktails provided and mixed by the fantastic Finlandia liquor company (from Finland, obvs), microbrews from (the local) Fracture Brewing company, sanwiches by Lardo, and donuts by Fill's. Oh, and I did I mention there was a baby goat petting zoo? Yelp really knows how to spoil us!

I joined the Yelp Elite Squad 3 years ago, with the express purpose of attending events and meeting people from the community, and it took this long to finally make it out to my first hosted event (thanks a lot, COVID)! We have moved into Mercato Grove over 2 months ago and have had a wonderful experience living here. Elly helped us from the moment we walked through the doors and up to this point with any questions or concerns. She did an amazing job in working with our budget, finding us the perfect floor plan for our family, and accommodating any needs we had. Mercato Grove is beautiful- state of the art gym, a pool, bbq grills, duck pond, lounge areas including one with a pool table, gaming room, dry cleaning service and a big kitchen/dining area as well as private meeting rooms that can be rented. In addition, they have a bike storage area, pet spa place, steam room, and a parcel room for packages. We feel safe here since everything is locked and accessed only with a key fob that residents have- it’s like living in a gated community. The upkeep of the building and grounds is amazing too- maintenance needs are taken care of around the clock. Truly a beautiful place to live at with management that is very helpful and professional. Shoutout to Ivonne and Emma too for going above and beyond for the residents. Our favorite apartment so far!
