I can't say enough great things about Outdoor Patio Emporium Palm Beach on Northlake Blvd. I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, and every experience I’ve had with them has been nothing short of excellent. This is a family-owned business that truly takes pride in what they do — and it shows in both their high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

One of the things that sets Outdoor Patio Emporium apart is the superior quality of their furniture. Everything they offer is made locally here in South Florida, designed specifically to withstand our harsh weather conditions like intense heat, heavy rain, and salty air. After five years, my furniture still looks fantastic, proving just how durable their products are.

A huge part of why I keep coming back is because of George, the manager. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whether you’re choosing the perfect fabric, deciding on a style, or need advice about maintenance, George always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

Soooooo disappointed with my experience with Outdoor Patio Emporium. I purchased one of their smaller sets, out of the door paid over 1,800 and chose to spend the extra $100 for delivery (big mistake). I was told on Wednesday that it would be delivered in 2 days, Friday. Ok, great ! I would've been at work, but I told them I'd leave the patio unlocked & they could just drop it off. So Fraday morning, I cleared out my old patio furniture & left the patio unlocked. Later that day, I get a call to find out something came up, but they could deliver it on Monday. Ok, not too big of a deal, I'll just have to spend the weekend with no patio furniture... then Monday, I contact them to figure out an ETA, again they can't do it Monday either, but they can deliver it by Tuesday & they will call to figure out the best time. No call. By Tuesday I'm frustrated, I contact them again to figure out an ETA, only to find out now they will deliver it Wednesday, between 4-7. Now its Wednesday at 8:30, still no furniture but I did get a call that they are on the way... if I would've known it would take this long I could've just picked it up myself, I only live 5 minutes from the shop ! They did offer me a bottle of wine for my troubles, but after over a week of being pushed around I dont feel like that is fair. I recently purchased a complete patio set of chairs and chaise Lounges for the pool from Outdoor Patio Emporium and had the pleasure of working with Jorge. This is a family owned business with great friendly and competent staff and I was absolutely thrilled with the quality and design of the furnniture. The furniture is sturdy, comfortable, and looks fantastic in my lanai and Pool Deck. The don't weld their frames, so it won't oxidize or corrode/rust easily. This means I will enjoy using it for years to come. Jorge was incredibly helpful in guiding me towards the perfect set for my needs, and the delivery process was smooth and efficient.
