Hello to those who like to read truthful information and not some fake 5-star review;
This store location, along with others, has a common trend, it seems. Not every store, but it's not too difficult to spot the bad out of the good. The prep attendants, the sales consultants, and worst of all, the managers have problems. This specific location has a LONG list of questionable business practices and overall ethics regarding you, the customer, and some if not most of the not so fortunate employees.
Where do we start? This specific location always seems to have clogged vacuum hoses, a lack of towels stocked in the mailboxes, lack of a sales consultant who should be greeting those pulling up and making sure towels are stocked in the mailbox, and overall, staff that actually looks like they care about their job and in turn, you the customer receiving the best possible experience that ideally makes you want to come back and continue business as such. Sir B. Dyke seems to be the head of these concerns. Multiple employees have stated their personal concern with B. Dyke and his capacity to lead his employees and again, make the experience for you, the customer, enjoyable and make you want to continue doing business as such.
Attendance, 'morale', leadership, relationships(personal and business), comprehension, drive, empathy, and others, B. Dyke struggles with. Again, all of these things lead to poor customer interactions and the presence of good employees because of a lack of leadership. Clearly, one employee will never be enough to sway...it takes multiple people in today's day and age because they're afraid and lack comprehension and good 'morale'
Poor management shouldn't even be a topic for Club Carwash, and yet here we are. Will they learn? Will these issues be rectified? It is highly unlikely since Rollie himself and others up there care about the money only, and you would think, going public pretty soon would make them treat this seriously. Maybe on that note, safety will be a priority regarding chemical handling and eye/hearing protection....as well as finger retention with employees since they lose them, you know(Osha, don't read this, oh wait...you already know)
But hey, just another fake...

I would highly recommend not using this car wash!
Damage was done to my 2017 truck. Scratches from rear to front of car! They have cameras everywhere but can’t seem to show anything.
They refused to come actually look at the truck but instead just declined and said there equipment can’t cause that damage! They took a picture with a iPad in the rain and can’t judge off that “laughable”
How do YOU know without never coming to see it!
It’s not been fixed but at my expense 100% not even a apology just we didn’t cause that........
When you file a BBB complaint, they answer once hey to appease the BBB.
Recommend a touch less car wash or a different company completely, maybe someone local that will stand behind it! I’ve recently had great luck with circle K touch less AND They have a plan you can put all your cars on for one...
Read moreThis has to do with the corporation itself not necessarily this location. Went in on the morning of February 2nd to cancel my membership. I went specifically because it showed the last billing being on the 4th of January and due to the fact I'm leaving the state of Missouri I no longer needed. When I look at my bank statement later I see that I was build the $40. When I call customer service they said they have a non-refundable monthly membership and since I cancelled on the day of my refund the $40. I believe this is a horrible business practice when I specifically told them that I was not going to use it any further. Users beware of the fraudulent practices they perform at...
