I placed a mobile order at 6:02PM, just 2 grande drinks and 2 bakery items. The 3 workers were all in their complete own world, no urgency to complete the orders (not just mine, noticed multiple others within my time waiting), zero communication, stuff everywhere. I understand it being closer to closing time and starting to prepare but they all just disregarded the orders that weren’t from the drive thru. It was not even busy, maybe a few people in and out between my time waiting. One worker reassured me multiple times they’d be working on my order, the other eventually brought my bakery items over after 15 mins or so, and the last one (who I believe was assigned to the station responsible for my type of drink) did absolutely anything except make my drinks that were sitting at the station empty with stickers on them for over 30 mins… The girl who kept reminding him to make my drinks eventually had to take charge and start one in order to get him to start the other, he litterally forgot about it midway through and she once again had to urge him to finish the one he was making because she was done with the other by now. I do appreciate the girl for taking initiative and the other man for doing his part but there clearly was absolutely zero communication and/or motive between this set of workers and hope to never come back on their scheduled shift. I finally got my...
Read moreFrequently when I come through the drive thru I order a venti and they give me a grande. I have been patient each time this happens and just accept it and drink what they give me. However, after the second time of that happening, I always pause after I say venti to make sure they heard me. Today, the girl read back my order as grande. I asked her (while still at the order speaker) for a venti. She said okay. When I got to the window she quoted me the price for the grande. I made sure she knew it was a venti and she said she would just charge me for a grande anyway. What I got was a grande poured into a venti cup filled so tightly with ice that I could hardly get my straw into it. It’s also not the drink I ordered. I’m not sure she even listened to my order. It’s not like I changed my mind or told her the size was wrong at the window. Why couldn’t she have just changed the size and made it correctly? I guess now I need to start ordering it with no ice as well??? (Also on a side note - probably not wise to trade almond milk for oat milk without telling the customer as they may have an allergy and not realize you made the trade until they’ve already tried the drink) Very...
Read moreI go to this Starbucks location pretty much every day on my way to work and many times on my day off. I typically go in the morning and can't ever recall having a bad experience. Depending on what time I go, it can be very busy and I may have to wait in the drive thu for a few minutes. I typically assume that a couple of people in the drive through have ordered multiple complex drinks at one time thus causing a back up. No big deal. If the worst thing that happens in my day is that I have to wait a little longer for my coffee, then I'm living right. I am writing this review to give some positive feedback to management for having Josh on your team. He is always upbeat and friendly in the morning when I swing through the drive thru. He calls me by my first name, recognizes me at the order kiosk and knows my order before I place it. I typically have a great experience here but Josh should win an award for amazing customer service. I am a business owner and would love to have several Josh's working for my team. Keep up the...
