if there were less grades, it would make less. i went to this place (solid sound) on 22 December last and only to check my remote control that if it worked because I closed and opened the doors, to start with no one to receive you, another client had to tell me to get inside. I immediately found a lady to explain what happened that I didn't turn on my car with remote control, and she told me I'm going to ask... soon asked a worker,and then he came and told me that it would be 55 dls to check if there was any damage or not and whether it could be fixed i asked right away. If you need to fix or do something, are those 55 dls gonna cut them off at the job they're gonna do? and he answered me yes.. and asked her again... she replied yes. I paid the 55 dls... and the car was checked and came out the system is broken (brain) he said... the lady and the guy start looking each other and then I asked her how much for the new remote start or the Part might need... looking at the guy and he said basically the same as a new system... I asked again if you put the new one you will cut off 54 dls already paid... the looked each other again and she said no.. will be the total amount... I end up getting to the original place where my remote control is been installed and I didn't paid nothing cause basically nothing mayor problem was with the remote control.. only was like (stand by) I new something wasn't good.... and get out of the place on time... never will go again to...

I have seen 2 people have went to this shop and got horrible service the installers are not up on the new times they are still use ing the 90s ways to hook up cars i hook up music and i seen so many mistakes they have made they are hooking up music with converters to a speaker to create rca jacks on newer cars and trucks that way is way to old the technicians should go back to school and learn the new method of how to do things i would not even let them touch a Vehicle of mine so if you drive a touch screen car or truck don’t go here you will thank me later. A real shop has a machine that help them set your gains they don’t know what that is i ask so ask questions before you let anyone say that they know what they are doing if they don’t know something that you learn and they don’t have the proper equipment there they are a lower end shop maybe watch some videos and understand what it takes before just going with someone call they self an expert they’re most definitely are not professional at all do they have Any certificates or rewards to prove they Certified or professional installers Think about it some of these things people and look into it before you just give your car to anyone it’s a difference between someone Think they know what they are doing than someone went to school for it and take pride in work than taking your money and you get horrible stuff i did not see a Quality name brand product...

Came here to get a remote start and sound system installed. The job was done poorly. The remote does not work properly. And the electric connections they made were wrong. They cause my battery to drain numerous times, even made my alternator go bad. Mind you I have a 2017, and they could’ve caused more damage. I ended paying and extra $1000 to have my car fixed,on top of the $480. I went back to speak to the person inside the mall literally the next week after installation, who I had talked to before and he got mad when I told him. He then asked me for a receipt, and as soon as I showed him the receipt he said they only install and can’t help me with the problems they cause. I also asked for a new remote and the guy just ignore me, walked away and pretended like I wasn’t standing there. So if you don’t wanna waste $1500 for terrible service, definitely go...
