I emailed Russ about getting a canvas print made, just a few days before Christmas. (I know, shame on me for procrastinating)

Russ responded to my request within minutes. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process when I had questions, and the best part is that he told me that on the first print, he wasn’t happy with the turn out, because of something on the photo I brought him. He went out of his way to photoshop the issue out of the picture, and re print it. After two days, It was ready for pickup, and when I got there, I was blown away by the quality of his work. The frame for the canvas was very sturdy, the print turned out perfect.

I recently got a 2'x3' handmade silk rug mounted and framed at the Fine Art Frameshop and I am very happy with the result. Russ quoted me a very reasonable price upfront. After it turned out that the piece itself wasn't square enough to fit a rectangular frame, Russ made a judgement call and included a fabric silk mat at no extra charge to me in order to offset some minor delays due to supply chain issues. The final product was a flawlessly mounted silk rug in a custom frame that sits under antireflective/UV-shielded glass--which can be hung in four different orientations... looks...
