The location has the perfect backdrop for weddings and events with lots of options for beautiful photographs like Hollis Garden, Lake Mirror, Downtown Lakeland in the back, and of course, the Magnolia Building! If you are looking for a wedding venue in Downtown Lakeland - the Magnolia Building is perfect!

We had our wedding here (both ceremony and reception) and it was amazing!! The staff was so friendly and helpful with setting up and showing us around the building. They had tables and chairs for us to use, we rented hanging lights and linens then brought our own decorations for the day of. Pricing is very reasonable too! Highly recommend this venue.

We have arranged one gathering party here and this hall was booked. The hall was nice and big.. the staff was polite and good .. but only thing was that there were some restrictions on using kitchen like u can’t cook there… moreover there was no attendant to serve food or decorate the hall… everything else was good
