This was my third time at this place for a party and this one was the worst and last time for me!! Let’s start with the group fight of the white teenagers right at the front door that ended the night. I’m unsure why this place is voted #1 skatepark around when Cantons skate rink is clearly the better option hands down! It’s dark and extremely outdated and dusty literally dust trails hanging from the ceilings over the whole party tables area. It usually always smells of the worst aroma possible, this day the smell wasn’t present shockingly! I had my kids party here this past weekend 5/16/25 costing me a total of $300 with no amenities except unlimited drinks that took 30 minutes to get filled and we never got refills after that 1 fill. I booked a double party package because they only offer you 10 kids with no added amenities except the cheapest plates and cups they could find at the local dollar tree for a total of $150 per package. NO FOOD treats or anything else offered with it. We arrived right as they were opening for the night and once inside there was an elder lady and a middle aged lady both with glasses checking everyone in. The middle aged woman with the glasses and smart remarks asked the name of our party and the elder lady says right after her OH you made it in on time. I said yes, I paid to be here of course! The other woman then ask the names of those with me. I told her I have the list of ALL my rsvp to make it easy on everybody as there was a lot of us coming. We proceeded to set up our tables while doing so I get a call from a rsvp stating there name isn’t on the list and they wouldn’t let them in. I go to the front point out the names clearly written down and ask what’s the issue the middle aged woman proceeds to get mad a says OH there isn’t an issue. I said well you said their names aren’t there and they clearly are. Very snarky she said there isn’t an issue. I go back to the tables and let’s just make it short to say SHE DID IT AGAIN! And again and with ever person on my list she made it an issue to where I had to go to the counter every single time and make sure all the kids got in. The last time I went up for the last group of kids who had the same issue she had the look of (why are you up here again) and magically she could read the last groups names. The officer then says mom you don’t need to be up here and I said apparently I do since nobody’s name I have can get in. She then again with her attitude says well I mean you did have 3 people who weren’t on the list. I said but have I used all my slots yet she said No you still have 4 but those 3 weren’t on the list. I said OK does that make it an issue?! I haven’t went over on my count yet so I don’t owe you anymore money still so why is that even being mentioned. Then the security guard chimes in while we’re talking to put his unnecessary 1 cent in and I told him I was talking to this woman I didn’t need anything from him! To add to it all the people who weren’t on my list and didn’t even mention the party name were charged full price with bringing their own skates! There were 3 people who where charged full price $15 which is if you NEED skates. And the sign and thrown together website all states it’s $10 with your...

Bathroom stalls look like they are cut from random pieces of wood and stuck up there like it was a race to complete. Maybe if you are lucky you'll get a stall that doesn't have gaps someone can reach in and unlock your stall, if you hook lock even attached. Mens urinals are no better.
The tables and chairs are welded in place, so let's hope your not pregnant and want to sit down and eat at a table, you'll never be able to squeeze in.
The guy that seems to be running things there is a total grump. I definitely will not coming back for a party, have a party, to nor visit. Just based on the experience dealing with him, I would not come back, I will not spend my money to be disrespected. Honestly having parties is way to attract new customers/business not scare them away with a unlikable attitude.
The rink looks like it's half polished, the carpet has that smell of being super old and urine from the roller skaters skate in and out of the bathrooms. So whatever you do, don't drop your keys on the floor there.
I can go on about things that need to be fixed and address but its not worth the 1 star I rated it. I will be spreading my thoughts on this facility anytime skating come up so no one...
Read moreMy son and I went skating with several family members on a Saturday afternoon. It would have been nicer had it not been so packed, but I was pleasantly surprised that with such a big crowd there was no fighting or rowdy people there. It was $9.00 for my son to get in and rent skates. I'm not sure how that price compares to other skate centers.
There was plenty of parking and I didn't notice anyone loitering outside. There's a snack bar, but I don't know how pricey it was. They gave prizes from the snack bar for winning games like the Limbo or shooting basketballs. They were also hosting several birthday parties. For those unable to skate they had safety bars with wheels on the bottom that resemble walkers used by people who are unstable on their feet.
I used to be the Limbo champ, but often my mind forgets that my body is now 49 years old and I do something crazy like go out and skate with the kids. The last picture is me coming back from taking a hard spill after showing off and skating fast only to have my legs turn into lifeless noodles. The embarrassing betrayal of my legs ended with the floor guard helping this old lady up and the immediate removal of the death traps that they call...
